Very impressed with all the hotel staff but particularly Karin in the restaurant.

My Stay

The room were good, lovely bathroom, facilities in room great. Breakfast ok lots of options including healthy options...close to sea, reception helpful, lots of lifts, entertainment in evenings, room service good, TV channels good. Reception staff very helpful. Not far to get the elevator to the town centre.

Website needs better pics of breakfasts, restaurant menu, entertainment, facilities. Room walls thin and can hear others when arguing loudly in early hours.

Relaxing stay in a nice Apartment hotel

Was on the sunny side of the hotel, sun from 11-14 during the day on the balcony. The Wifi was relatively reliable and fast, around 50 Mbps. The room was clean and no bugs. Cleaning option every day. Tv. with satisfactorily variety of stations, including English stations. Situated close to the beach and many excellent restaurants nearby. Airport only 10-15 minutes away.

Shower not a walk in but a bathtub option. TV relatively small, around 30". Would have liked to have a oven in the kitchen, or a microwave.

Absolutely brilliant family holiday

The hotel was brilliant, clean , friendly staff. The entertainment was fantastic we really had the best time. Food at restaurant was beautiful and something for everyone. We would definitely recommend and we will be returning. As a group 14 (3 families) we had the best holiday.

All inclusive option would too this hotel and provide everything.

I will stay again, making sure Ihave a room that gets afternoon/ evening sunshine.

The restaurant staff were amazing!! Brilliant team who work well together and make all customers feel welcome. The rooms are very clean and beds comfy!

Some of the reception staff were a bit aloof but I wouldn’t say rude exactly. Just not as friendly as their colleagues. Also rhe pool loses sunshine at 3pm and there isn’t anywhere to sit in the afternoon/ evening sunshine.

Never again

Right on the beach

Our bedsheets were filthy and were not changed from the people who were previously staying in our room, we lost out on our first night bc we had to change into a ‘temporary room’ in the middle of the night,then the staff only let us change rooms altogether bc we took pictures of the stains on the bed. Our new room, we noticed that the cleaning staff only half cleaned, the floor was never washed and we had to do it ourselves, we found cobwebs and dirt all under the beds in the room, they charge you €50 for the safe box and only give you €20 back, sockets easily came out of the wall when we unplugged a charger. The carpet in the hallway was full of stains, and they charge €4 for dirty sun beds. I have never given negative feedback on booking.co before but this place is not worth the high price, I would have left the hotel and tried to get my money back but my mam is elderly and was exhausted after the ordeal and it wasn’t fair on her to uproot and find somewhere else to stay, in the end they only offered us one free breakfast and €50 back for the safety deposit which is of no loss to them. Thinking back they also contacted me straight after booking the hotel for a deposit which clearly goes against bookings ‘free cancellation’

Relaxing stay by the sea

Convenient location across the street from the beach and away from the crowds up in the town centre. Friendly reception staff. Large pool and outdoor spaces. Sea view from the room.

Property was lovely with the greenery and well kept. The staff from all areas gave excellent service. Entertainment was good.

We paid a lot for the week and then told that you have to pay €4 each for your sunbed at the pool, we weren’t very happy. On principle I didn’t use the pool and for that reason i won’t return to the hotel.

Great beach front location, nice room, clean, friendly staff, perfect for families

Great location next to the sea front and beaches. Very comfortable , clean , large room. Decor could do with some updating but was fine. Air con could be stronger. Very nice staff and lovely pool. This hotel caters more for families so can be noisy. More suited to families. Free airport transport.

Charged for sunbeds that are dirty Rooms are very dated and tired Breakfast selection is dreadful Cocktails at bar are all from plastic bottles and not freshly made Lighting in room is very bad and some sockets were broken

The location was good, and private car parking was a bonus, although quite tight. Pool bar was good and fairly priced. Staff at the pool were very helpful. Bed was large and comfortable with good air-conditioning in the room. The Swedish type chairs in the room were very comfortable.

Room facilities were very poor for self-catering. Not in favour of grass around the pool area.

The apartment we stayed in was absolutely superb. Had all modern amenities , fantastic bathroom and good location for food, drinks and social bars. Maria working on the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I commend her on her friendly customer service she provided to us.

This was ment to be an apartment,but no toaster kettle microwave and was not available on request. We booked with booking.com a the location of room was not good, very disappointed. The room was very noisy. I tried to change the room with no luck.

A very pleasurable stay and a great swimming pool.

Location by the beach great and only a short walk and lift to the centre. Parking was plentiful and was easy to access and park my hire car. Pool is an excellent size.
