You get what you pay for. Great location

The Location was very good,. Pool was nice . Pool bar was very good and the staff was amazing

breakfast wasn’t great very poor standard and selection for a buffet choice was terrible. Not enough sun beds. Aircon in the sitting area none in the bedrooms

Good location, a short walk to the beach Very clean, the very pleasant cleaning staff, do a very good job.

Short single beds, I had asked for a full sized double, I am 6'4" / 196 cms. Very poor sound insulation, I could hear the voices of people talking in the adjoining rooms, on both sides. Sun bed Policy not enforced, which states that people are not permitted to save Sunbeds, most days people were putting towels on beds, and disappearing for hours, I complained to staff, but nothing was done, in the end I took the towels off the beds, and gave them to staff at reception.

Perfect stay! We’ll be back soon!

Our 2nd visit with you. We returned due to the brilliant location…everything you need is on the doorstep-the beach, shops, bars, restaurants, the lift to town, transportation links etc. The apartments are basic, but beautifully clean, perfect for our requirements! (beds are exceptionally comfortable…We had the best week’s sleep!) The staff are all welcoming & helpful! The pool is adequately sized & kept impeccably clean! We also like the ‘traditional Spanish feel’ of the apartment doors & windows & pretty gardens.

Very dangerous the steps should be checked out and a warning for older people.The hotel rooms are lovely.

Close to the beach

So dangerous for old people,we just arrived a woman said she hurt her back on the steps to the apartments ,37 steps up and down every time you have to go to the pool area.when you are booking no advise for older people that this is not suitable for them with the steps. Our first room the electricity kept going off, after a lot of complaints they moved us next door,nicer apartment but no security rails in the bathroom room, where my husband on our last day had a accident, in the shower the temperature in the shower changed suddenly so boiling hot he moved out of the way so as not to get burned and fell out of the shower,he has a broken bone in his finger and all bruised down his body, he was X-rayed today and that is what they said.No warning before you book.

The rooms are small but perfect to use as a base. The location is excellent and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is exceptionally clean.

The rooms are a little tight but fine for a short stay. As there are so many options outside of the hotel we didn't have meals within the hotel.

Comfortable hotel in a great location with a lovely pool and friendly staff

Great location, right in front of the beach and lots of nearby restaurants, just a short distance away along the promenade. Great pool and very friendly poolside bartender, who made us feel welcome and accommodated every day of our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well to keep our room cool at all times. Very powerful shower. Fridge in the room was handy for keeping water cool. All staff were very friendly. Long opening hours for the pool (10am to 8:30pm). Overall we were very happy with the property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was very late in the day until our room was cleaned, approximately 3-4pm each day and this was a slight inconvenience as we didn’t have enough toilet paper, but nothing major.

The location is great. Opposite the beach and many bars, shops, and restaurants nearby. The rooms are cleaned thoroughly every day. Sky bar is really nice. Staff were excellent. Would stay again. Shower room and luggage room to use once you have checked out. The pool area is kept clean. There is no entertainment package, which is great when you don't have kids with you. Nice to be able to lie by the pool without someone asking you if you want to take part in various activities every hour

Paid €18 to have breakfast in the hotel one morning, which was not worth that much. Tried to keep the room on our last day as our flight was leaving late. Was told not possible as someone was due to arrive that day. We walked past our apartment as we left the hotel, and it was still empty and had not been cleaned, so we could have kept it. Did come back in on two evenings to find a dead cockroache on the floor (not the same one).

Ideal location, cleanliness of room , very happy with hot water availability & strong pressure of shower . Reception staff friendly . Baggage storage facility .

Room booked through booking.com . Room 104 assigned to me . From site thought Room had terrace. Dark room , no main light or hangers in wardrobe .Room did not compare to site picture. Room small for 2 people .television in spanish , unsure if english channels available.No waste bin in bedroom.Would not have liked to have booked longer stay in this room .Was not worth asking for change as only using for 1 day and not staying the night . The room was very clean and reception staff very friendly. Hotel in ideal location and if allocated more high spec room with terrace may have changed my view on staying again in the future.

Location and view from the rooms (3rd floor) was excellent. Value for money!

Walls are too thin I think, so we could hear what's going on in adjacent rooms. However this will not stop us from staying there next time. Side tables and work table can be a bit bigger (too cramped at the moment).
