A bit pricy for the room condition and service

Good location

Missing the Sea view from the room rather than from the terrace corner. Also missed having a bath in the room instead of the shower tray. The toilet seat was damaged (not very hygienic). The ventilation system was covered by a plate in the ceiling that was about to fall over my head when I first walked into the room. Breakfast was cold the first day.

Soundproofing was rubbish as we could hear next rooms tomorrow right and left and above😡 noisy spainish. Lifts too slow and inefficient

Would defiantly use Tent Hotels again

The hotel is a good hotel, well located with a 10 minute walk to the centre. The rooms are clean and cleaned every day, the rooms are a good size with a balcony with furniture to sit on The hotel provide a food delivery service on there app, which is really good. We just used glovo instead. Plates and cutlery where available just past the bar, there was also a microwave there. Breakfast was served until 1.30pm, which is the best idea yet in a hotel, it was so nice not to have to get up and rush off to breakfast. There is also a 24 hour laundry in the hotel but we did not use this. WIFI is good, hotel was busy and we where on 11 floor and still got a good signal Small supermarket across the road and a little way up open until early hours of the morning

No kettle or drink making facilities in the room, there was a coffee machine by the lifts on the ground floor that you pay for but this was either empty of coffee had no cups. We always take a travel kettle just in case so we where ok no fridge in the room No aircon working it was late September but some aircon would have been good Pool is quite small and sunbeds very close together

Absolutely amazing brunch! Room was quiet and comfortable, small but cozy Modern feel, very chic Exact location is nothing special, but easy access by bus or walking to the more lively streets of Torremolinos Clean pool with full bar

Hotel cleaning staff entered our room unannounced, without warning, 30 minutes before time of check-out and told us we had 10 minutes to leave... the whole ordeal seemed a bit unprofessional Have to download hotel app to have access to your room (otherwise you get only one physical key card)

A fantastic 6 days spent at The Tent highly recommend for location and service received

The breakfast brunch had a great choice for all tastes - cooked - continental- cereals - fresh fruit Coffee - tea- fruit juice - water . The location 5/10 minute walk and you were in the centre of town . 10 minutes to the beach but note if you have mobility issues I would suggest you find the lift near Calle San Miguel street to the beach as there is a lot of steep steps to navigate to the beach

I can’t fault this hotel at all , from reception - restaurant- bar and cleaning staff their service is fantastic

Had better expectations

The property was basic, and overall clean.

1) No charger to borrow/buy available 2) no adapters available 3) internet not available after checking out 4) breakfast abundant, but low quality 5) housekeeping stepping into the room while taking a shower (before check out) 6) bed linen not too fresh 7) public toilets needing urgent attention.

What a difference a week makes.! From a very good experiance.. a week ago.to going back this week.....staff not as friendly.. they all seemed stressed out. especially the girl behind d the bar at night.she was so aggressive and rude to everyone at the bar...! No smile ..nothing! I think k she had drug problems....but..I had stayed at the Don pedro..for 3 nights before here ..and the staff their were all so happy and attentive!. Unlike TENT...breakfast was never hot ..just barely warm so only had a cold cheese sandwich..and fruit....I think this hotel needs a better manager and team work......one girl stood out on reception though.. tall blonde ..very friendly..don't think she was Spanish though...shame as the rooms are lovely and comfy beds...and bathroom.....some staff should be retrained I. To customer care and service and to give good hotel and holiday experience.....sorry. their are far better hotels in Torremoli os to stay at.

Great weekend break

The hotel was spotless. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Brunch was excellent, and great selection. Pool towels available for refundable cost. Nice bar area. Venting machine well stocked. Staff very helpful. Location was good just 10mins walk from train station. The hotel is by some residential apartments if room is city view or pool area. Not far to walk to torremolinos centre. We used as a base to go into Malaga centre. We also like to walk around. Would stay again.

Toiletries sparse. One Dispenser for hand soap and one dispenser for shower/shampoo.

We enjoyed our stay apart from the smell!!

Breakfast was excellent and the extended time up to lunch was wonderful

The smell in the room was dreadful, we were moved to a different room which still had a sewage smell but it improved after a few hours. Don’t know if there are problems with the sewage there but it was very off putting. The staff were excellent and very helpful and the location is excellent.

4 star hotel !!!!

Easy self check-in and out from the automated machine in the lobby, ocean view, excellent food, perfect coffee from the dispensers. Digital key from phone to open door. Clean room. Nice balcony. Comfortable lobby (felt asleep). Self laundry with detergent included, perfect if you travel light. Good Wi-fi, streaming from phone to TV. Good water pressure. Walking close to beach and town centre, Lidl and Aldi.

Ok for a couple of nights would be disappointed if came here for a week with kids

The hotel was clean, modern, and in a good location . Unlimited brunch is nice if your a late riser as it continues till 1pm usual selection of “warm” food but perfectly edible

The pool was murky and on a upper level with minimal sun beds No shower facilities to use if you have a late flight after check out was told use pool showers which are freezing and you are in full view of all pool goers and had to use our beach towel to dry with not ideal at all, there is plenty of space in the reception toilets to add a shower would be so much nicer

Disappointing

Receptionist couldnt tell us where to park. He said, that he doesnt know anything about the parking opportunities of the hotel (calle hoyo 28). After asking a second time later, he said that the Parking lot of the hotel is full. We also wanted to pay at our check out. He replied, that this is not possible and we had to pay now. He did not give us any directions of how to find the training room, the pool or the brunch room (also no opening times where told). We had to ask explicitly! Also we had to wait 10 minutes for check in although there were 2 receptionists.

For half the price it would be worth it

Property was bright & modern and stood out from other local hotels. Room was sufficient had everything you needed

Mould on pillow. No privacy on balconies - All in a row with no divider. Staff member was extremely rude, not great customer service. Pool was tiny, photos exaggerate size. For the amount of rooms they have they do not have anywhere near enough sunbeds. Pool had a surface layer of grime floating. Lifts were dodgy, stopped working whilst inside.
