Despite really bad weather ,we had a really comfortable stay

Started with a message the day before we arrived asking for our arrival time.The recption desk has a member of the family run team . So you are made welcome, no trying to find your own way to your room . Immaculately clean in every part of this small hotel.. Room cleaned daily . A lot of care has gone into decoration and furnishings .. Ideally placed for beach and close to the lift for getting up and down to town.

Nothing really, the only thing that may have been good to have was a comfy chair in the room, but that was probably as we had such bad weather for our stay . There is a lovely seating area with lots of natural light in the corridor .

Brilliant place, kind owners!

Absolutely amazing stay. Hotel is so clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. Super close to everything: beach, stores, restaurants. Truly the best decision to end our trip at Hotel Perla del Sur. And the receptionist was so nice and kind, gave us recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets etc. We stayed in many places throughout our Andalusia trip but this hotel was definitely our favourite. :)

An economical beach hotel with comfortable rooms

Reliable internet, climate control inside the room, close to beaches and a soundproof room with a balcony made this a good choice for me.

Big room, modern, very clean. Comfy bed. It was quiet. Friendly staff. Location was good, lots of restaurants and bars in the area. Close to the city center. Would stay here again!

The shower doesn't have a separation which results in an allover wet bathroom floor.

A true pearl of the south

The owner and staff were very kind, helpful and considerate. This included providing suggestions/recommendations of local restaurants and other eating facilities and arranging transport to the airport if wanted. The only reservation I could possibly have about the hotel was that my room was perhaps slightly smaller than ideal, though it was very tastefully decorated and appointed. I would certainly be happy to return or recommend the hotel to anyone.

See above answer, but my reservation doesn't really amount to a dislike.

Modern convenience

Modern building with all the amenities you'd expect. Large four-post bed, great air-con and ceiling fan. Large shower with great pressure and dual hose and rain heads. The manager was very friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed, giving us recommendations for restaurants. Location is excellent in the heart of the paved alley ways and a few steps to the beach. But very quiet with good glazing. Awesome seafood restaurant opposite.

The four-post bed frame is probably too large for the room and makes it a bit difficult to navigate around the room.

If you’re using the metro or love being in the center of the city, it’s not the best location. This location is very close to the beach and if you want to go to the city center, you have to use a lot of stairs or using the elevator that has limited hours, sometimes a long line and cost 0.5 euros.

Nice stay for two

It's close to the beach 🏝️ Owned by the family, so they really care about your comfort. You can take an umbrella or beach towel. Little balcony can fit two if you keep the door open AC just PERFECT!

New hotel with interesting rules

The hotel is new, about 200 meters from the beach and it's easy to find. The room was clean but really small, with only one window facing the corridor, which made me worried about leaving it open at night. Overall, the hotel was nice and clean, but the room size and strict rules about eating were unexpected.

It was weird to find out that eating in the room could lead to a 200 Euro fine.

The hotel is absolutely fantastic. The location is perfect - just 100 meters (3 minutes walk) from the beach. The hotel is brand new, stylish and very comfortable. The room was cosy, very stylish and just perfect to leave your staff and go straight to the beach. The hosts are great. We felt care and support from the greeting message offering the transfer from the airport. The host kindly allowed us to leave our things after checkout, and also offered towels for the beach and the opportunity to shower after that.

Superb, modern , cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in

The property was very centrally located in torremolinos which suited us. The decor was immaculate and the rooms were modern , stylish , comfortable and clean. All the facilities were working and with no issues. I loved the interior style of the hotel as it was very modern and comfortable. The staff were most helpful and friendly at all times . The owner was there most days and conversation began between us as he runs the shop next door too. It’s about a 2 minute walk to the beach

Nothing it’s unusual not having food in the hotel but then everything is so close so you don’t need too and the owner was able to recommend a good few places nearby to eat
