Location and lovely hotel
Smell of cigarette smoke coming through the air vents. Toilet paper in short supply Only 1 hook in bathroom, nowhere to hand towels or bath robes etc

Great location and really friendly staff. The extra amount to stay in the T Level rooms and access the facilities was well worth it. I would definitely go back there again!
No alternative option for dinner for those in the Level other than go to the main buffet unless you wanted to pay extra and order off a limited menu.
