Hotel was great but soon as we went down was a very strong sewage smell so would only recommend staying on other floors than underground , room was big and nice though

Stayed here over a week first time. Due to the low season room is not too noisy although we have our room facing the main street. Room is spacious and matching for a 3 stars hotel. Location wasn't near the centre of Torremolinos. Not too far away to get to the beaches and the supermarkets. It's about 20 mins walk distance to the nearest Railway station. Reception desk staffs are very polite and helpful. Housekeeping is okay mostly except one day we have our bedding underneath untidy just covered up by blanket. Toilet seat seems not spray enough disinfectant as smell never gone. Last thing I need to mention is the lift front of the hotel could be a problem for guests as when I checked in and out were been trapped inside the lift , can't getting out of moving neither way. Hopefully the hotel can made a ramp for disabled people or guests to move their luggage easier.

I booked this hotel through Agoda and paid for a twin room advertised with a balcony, walk-in shower, twin beds and kettle. Of which I had none! The room I was given resembled the economy room with a double bed and shower over bath which was dangerously slippy and spongy. We also had to fix the bathroom door as it was jammed open. The bed and pillows were terrible with no protectors. The room and bathroom were dirty with broken equipment. I spoke to the lady on reception who was unhelpful and no alternative was offered. This was absolutely not as advertised.
