Modern and clean, but have some small suggestions for improvement

Very modern and attractive, cool theme. I was only there for a late-night stopover so didn’t get to fully explore, but aesthetically it was very nice. Staff at reception was very friendly and welcoming. Free parking is a plus.

The shower head was leaking a lot and needs to be replaced (otherwise water pressure was great). I didn’t like that I only got one small towel about the same size as the bath mat, so had to use the same small towel to shower, wash my hands, etc. Also it would have been nice to have had at least a paper cup in the bathroom for drinking water, especially as I arrived very late at night and had no access to any drinks. Also there was a couple very loudly “enjoying each other’s company” with accompanying music next to my room, which was right next to the lobby — luckily I brought ear plugs with me so was able to block it out, but I was surprised that the reception staff didn’t intervene and tell them to keep it down.

Quirky and comfortable. Staff were fantastic

Noise and few clientele. Some people there looked less than desirable, am sure it’s used as a type of brothel also. Noise was unbearable to the point I had no sleep. Someone at hotel blasting music from early hours of the morning. I had to yell out of window until member of staff went out.

The Staff were very helpful

On entering the room, the smell of smoke was like you were going to sleep in an astray. The Jacuzzi in the room seemed like a good idea until the room above us started theirs at 3am in the morning and started a party for several other people for the next 2 hours. The room next to us had their own party from midnight until 3am. So, not a lot of sleep was had for us, the night before a long haul flight. Not happy

Perfect for what we needed

The room had very romantic lighting and was tastefully decorated! The bed was a fantastic size and very comfy! Although a lovely feature the spa bath was very difficult to get in and out of

Sleepless night, trying to sleep in hotel lobby bathroom floor

Jacuzzi bath tub was a novelty in the room and I enjoyed.

There was an echoe from the vent into my room from the couple next door so I could not sleep as when they are in the bathtub their conversation and music echoed through. At 3:30am after several calls and visits from the night shift manager I ended up trying to sleep on the floor of the lobby bathroom as they could not move me to another room. It was torture till about 4am when the couple next to me left and I was able to sleep in my room for a couple of hours only before having to get up early to go to the airport. On check out I was asked how my stay was and I explained what happened and showed her the bed I had to make up on the floor of their downstairs public bathroom to try and sleep and what a restless torturous sleep and experience. She smiled and still charged me full price lol. No words. Hospitality and customer service was shocking. Who answers the phone in a hotel by answering ‘Tell me?” There was no menus in the room, no information on how to call downstairs, nothing.

Loved the room but the bar noise was unbearable

The room was great. The lighting and decoration looked good and the Jacuzzi was the best part

Couldn't sleep at all because our room was next to the reception and there were people talking very loudly at the bar. The toilet was next to our room as well for some reason so they kept making noise until way past 3 AM.

Lovely stay in a well cared for hotel

The rooms were decorated in a very 50s style and we loved it. Everything was very clean and the hotel had a feel of being loved and cared for. Really good sized shower with rich fresh smelling towels. Staff were welcoming and helpful. We will revisit.

One very slight suggestion would be to perhaps have separate switches for side lamps and main room lights. When switching the lights on after waking they were very bright.

Cocktails and jacuzzi and leaving!

Showing up and realizing the place looked like a brothel! Then going inside and realising it actually was! It was so noisy at night, it definitely is not sound proofed other guests had no respect for people sleeping or night staff! All up until 7.15am! Would not recommend staying there unless you are into that sort of scene.
