Great value out of season

My room had just had a total refit. New bathroom powerful shower. Freshly painted throughout. .

Noisy passaways late at night and early morning. Also the dinning room was so loud People shouting loudly to each other as it was packed out for breakfast at 9am. I'd eat breakfast outside by the pool if I ever went again.

It was me and my partners first time coming and we had nothing but good things to say about the hotel itself between the cleanliness, location and also the food, my partner is a picky eater and he still managed to find plenty to eat each day.

One morning after the entertainment/games a member of staff came over to us and was very pushy about giving the hotel a 5 star review to the point that she stood right beside my partner looking into his phone and then preceded to press on 5 stars on each rating herself without giving us a choice and then just walked away, we really didn’t like this behavior at all and believe it should be left to the guests to give there own true review rather than being pressured by a member of staff to give a fake one but as for the rest of the staff in the hotel they were absolutely amazing and so polite.

Could have been a fantastic hotel but needs to address these issues

Good location Food good catered for all tastes.

They really need to invest in new salt and pepper pots that actually work. Flooring in room and corridor really needs upgrading my room had a hole in the flooring. New towels wouldn’t go a miss as it looked like they have seen better days. Had ants in my room told reception not sure if anything was done as still there on the last day of holiday.

Not as enjoyable as the last few times being there

Food not as gd as last time no theme notes but if all inclusive you got a nite in the other restaurant beside the pool absolutely not worth going to same food as they served in the hotel warmest things were the tongs that used for the food as it was Luke warm wouldn’t recommend going to it.pool is a joke people up from 7 in the morning putting chairs out together a bed as it didn’t open to 9 no chance of lying beside the pool like a cattle market lol

Would happily return.

The location. Can not fault the food choice and quality. Easy access to the train. Central for town and walk to the beach. Food at the beach restaurant fantastic. Lovely staff. Sadly bus was sometimes full so not able to get to that specific part of the beach with the meal. Pool Lovely but sometimes crowded.

Constant smoking everywhere outside. Even if you sat in the pool bar smokers sat near. No escape. BUffet bar doors constantly slamming shut which made it uncomfortable sitting in that area ...

Don’t go all inclusive

The cafe downstairs was nice. The location was great. The shuttle service to the beach was a great amenity.

The pool was really overcrowded and if you wanted a lounger you had to start queuing at 8am until 9 when they opened. The food was not great I did not enjoy it at all but my partner thought it was edible. The alcohol was just fine nothing special. The lifts were very slow I would advise getting a lower level room and just using the stairs. I wouldn’t recommend all inclusive in this hotel. Dinner was very crammed very overpacked.

I would not recommend

What did i like? Hard to say really, maybe staff in the dining room they are working extremely hard, hats off, and the shows are nice aswell. I think most of positive reviews come from people that have no expectations but if you can afford, definitely go somewhere else. Beach also very far :)

The property is very old, our room was very old and dissapointing as we traveled with our 4 months old and we were given 2 single beds even if we asked for a double one, bed was extremely uncomfortable my husband came back with very bad back pain. Cleaning was done very roughly every day, not even one mop in a week, i had to clean remyself, bedsheets changed and towels. Shower was horrible, one second cold one hot, it was extremely hard to shower our baby. Food cheap and repetitive, i think i liked only one meal in a week. Sweets absolutely rubbish, tasted like mould and old every single day, glasses and cutlery very dirty, i got a herpes on my lips because of that… you could see white food residue on the glasses. If you have zero expectations you can go, but we bought tickets last minute and it was very expensive for what they offer.. i wouldn’t go back. My hushand got sick, they send a doctor which charged us 130euro which we didnt know but he had fever for 3 days so we were desperate. Next day my baby got sick, i asked for a pediatrician they send a genera doctor, again charged 130 euro for nothing as we got send to a private hospital on our own expense. Also no soundproof, you can literally hear every single noise from outside . A very well waited family holiday turned into hell :)

Arrived shortly before dinner finished, delayed check in so we could have dinner which was very much appreciated after a long day,a little gesture that meant we didn't have to leave the hotel again. Staff were always ready to answer any questions. Would certainly return.

Pleasant hotel fairly central, easy walk into main shopping and bars area. Not far from beach if you use the lift.

Very busy restaurant, too many guests standing around buffet area chatting and getting in the way.

Room was ok bathroom was a bit dated but all clean Speciality restaurant was good - Good choice of meats BBQ Bar at the front of hotel always got a table and drinks were good

Meal times the restaurant was too busy struggled to get a table if you went in at peak times you just has to grab what you could not a pleasant experience. Dishes contantly being cleared away so all dirty plates and wasted food being taken away around you while eating was (like a canteen). Food was ok nothing special. Some very rude Guests. Not enough lifts and could only take a few people at a time. I went out of season so must be really bad in peak season.

Lovely short break -good food, great staff

Breakfast - loads of choice - something for everyone. As was each meal Rooms clean and spacious. The most outstanding thing is the staff. All work amazingly hard under extreme pressure - especially in the restaurant and coffee bar where it gets extremely busy at times.

Nothing that is really the hotels fault. But there were several sports groups (swimmers?) who were not very well supervised and some of there dress in the restaurant was inappropriate - some girls wearing bra tops and boxer shorts. As I say not a reflection on the hotel

A nice hotel in a good location

Very clean hotel, friendly staff and a good standard of food at the buffet. The snack bar also provided a good selection of snacks and drinks during the day as well as a cafe serving nice coffee too.

The walls are very thin in the rooms. Our neighbour woke us up regularly coughing all night and his wife's loud voice early morning. Also the sound of the elevator running up and down all night comes through to the room. The noises made is not the issue but it seemed sound travels very easily through the hotel walls.
