After four weeks of a very poor stay up in the mountains we were so happy to be in somewhere clean and comfortable with friendly staff who could speak english. We haven't ever experienced all inclusive and were very impressed.

The pool area was nice with the seating area. The cleaners were lovely.
The food was terrible. Luke warm for every meal. Nothing was hot. Could not have a coffee after the meal in the dining room had to go to the bar. Staff did not always offer water or coffee you had to ask. Some staff were abrupt and rude in their communication with you. Was not even asked on leaving if we had enjoyed our stay.
