Kora Olea

I stayed here for 10 days, and my room was cleaned only once. Despite asking day after day, someone finally showed up late in the evening the day before I checked out, when it was no longer relevant. Every single request requires walking down to the reception. Towels are strictly swapped one-for-one—you cannot get extra towels. There are no proper blankets in the rooms, only thin duvet covers. If you plan to cook and eat in your room, keep in mind that you have to take your trash outside the property to the street bins yourself. Additionally, the soundproofing is poor, so you hear everything. Location and value-wise, the price I paid is essentially hotel-level rates. However, it is not on the beach (requires a 20-minute walk), and getting to the center of Torremolinos requires a 2-stop train ride, so definitely keep that in mind. On a positive note, I want to highlight two staff members who were amazing and went out of their way to help me: First, Jose from the maintenance team was fantastic and extremely helpful. Second, Jose from the reception team was also amazing—he truly saved the day and helped improve my overall experience.

Kora Olea is a very nice place to stay. It is modern, well-organized, and beautifully maintained. The facilities, including the gym and swimming pool, are excellent and add great value to the experience. Another big advantage is the convenience of having an Aldi supermarket literally next door. The only aspects that disappointed us were related to housekeeping. During our 5-night stay, only one cleaning service was scheduled, and unfortunately, it did not take place. This was frustrating and did not meet our expectations. In addition, if you need fresh towels, you have to collect them from the reception yourself and exchange them for the used ones. While this is manageable, it was not particularly convenient, especially considering that housekeeping service was very limited. These were the only issues we experienced. Apart from that, we had a pleasant stay and would still recommend Kora Olea for its comfort, location, fair price and overall quality.

I would recommend this lovely apartments/hotel all day long, infact I would go as far as saying this is the best place I have stayed ever, I could it find one fault with anything, the place was immaculate, facilities fantastic, the staff including Jose,Ana they were the only 2 names I wrote down, but they were all brilliant, and a special mention to the maintenance man( but I didn’t get is name) he could not do enough everytime I asked him for help, seeing is believing( and I am very hard to please) book it now while you still have a chance? Nice and affordable budget hotel
