The room was big and cozy and we had a nice view from the balcony
Unfortunately we had to go from the 1 floor to the 2 floor and then from the 2 to the ground floor.

We loved going out the back gate and being so close to the beach promenade. The ice cream shop on the corner was fab and tasty while lounging around the sunny garden and pool environment. We enjoyed coming back from our long walks to a sunny resting place by the bar and seating patio area.
We loved our morning sun on the balcony as we also loved our sea view from the 9th floor.
We enjoyed most foods from the restaurant and the blond/white hair waitress was so lovely and helpful.
We played bingo and watched everyone enjoy table tennis, snooker/pool and swimming making their holiday fun.
We made use of the lifts to our room and was very satisfied with our clean room everyday.
At the end of our holiday we were presented with fruit kebabs and a bottle of bubbly which was a lovely token from the hotel.
We also had towels supplied a nice perk.
We didn't like the wait for the restaurant to open which said 7:30 pm but always late and the food sometimes as not enough desserts and potatoes choices for dinner. We also would have liked coffee after dinner but this is not an option and it should be.
We would have liked a kettle/ hot drinks in our room and some of the rooms had a washing hanging line to dry clothes but ours did not.
Bingo was not good.

The hotel is fine , clean and rooms are nice ..
The food was terrible, we only ate once in the restaurant while we was there .. we was half board but there was NOTHING on the hot counter , and no one about to cook anything fresh , and the food that was already cooked was soooo greasy and obviously sat there for a while .. all we heard was the people all around us complaining about how bad the food had been thru the week .. we was only staying for a long weekend so we just chose to eat out all the time .. shame because everything else was fine ,but we won't be staying there again
