Brilliant location, took ~15 minutes to get to the apartment from the airport by train.

Sea view, spacious apartment with kitchen, handy if you want to heat up the food or prepare a meal.

Clean and comfortable. Everything you need.

The apartment was clean and quiet. Well equipped and felt safe. There where a few ways you could walk to Tormalinos town center. You will discover that they can vary by 20 mins so trial and error

The pool area was clean but you couldnt just sit there and relax as the loungers where not clean and there where no seats. The restraunt was closed for refurbishment. It would have been nice to be able to sit outside even in December if you wished. This was when we were here.

It was near beach and airport.

Considering that we stayed in January, one of the rooms was very cold. During our six-day stay, we received only four rolls of toilet paper. We also noticed that there were ants in the apartment. There was no sugar or salt in the kitchen.

Everything tidy. Small but well decorated. Well equipped kitchen. Nice bathroom. Almost everything was perfect but there were two very bad and related to sleeping at night.

Couldn’t sleep anything. Noisy and absolutely impossible neighbours. Loud till very late everyday. Condo needs to do something Mattresses are very bad.

Very cosy place, confortable, clean, in a quiet area. The swimming pool was also very nice. It’s a bit far from the beach, but we din’t mind as we love to walk.

Everything was great. The only problem was the WiFi router, which had to be turned off and on twice a day, otherwise there were problems with access to the Internet. I can advise the owners to buy a new router.

The apartment was light, well furnished, and comfortable, with two separate balconies. It is well equipped, and the communial laundry works well.

The apartment was beautiful, well decorated, modern and spotlessly clean.

The pool was very poor. Not very well maintained, no atmosphere, empty and difficult to access (down many stairs and dark corridors) Do not book these apartments if your kids are easily bored. The pool completely shades quite early and the sun dissapears long before it does elsewhere. We ended up moving hotel for the last few nights to find some company and spend longer at the pool. There was never more than 4 guests at the pool at any time. Also it states there is a pool bar and restaurant with signs directing you to them. There is NOT! It is a derelect building which has a wasted patio and looks very run down. Shame it was so dissapointing as the apartments were stunning.

It was very clean, very nice and was worth the money. Lovely view and lovely pool. Had 2 nice balconies.

No reception staff at any point, didn’t know who to contact if needed help then and there. There was only one AC in one room.

AVOID THIS PLACE - has only partial AC and is not clean enough

The IKEA like furniture does look modern and is OK as it shows in the picture. What you can't see is the lack of AC and the lack of service.

PARTIAL AC (Air Conditioning) ONLY. This apartment, as well as several others in the same CLUB PLAYA FLORES building only have AC in some of the rooms and spaces. Our apartment didn't have AC in one of the rooms. The apartment they offered to moved us into, didn't have AC in the living room. A 3rd apartment I reserved for the rest of the family, had AC in the main room but not in the living room. With the very high temperatures in Costa del Sol in the summer, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all. It is absolutely necessary to have AC. CLEANLINESS - Not sufficiently clean. You can see bathroom was not clean enough. The same goes for the bedrooms. They don't provide additional trash bags, but they want you to dispose all garbage before leaving. This place is only trying to make money - not making you comfortable. They only provide 2 rolls of toilet paper for 7 days for 4 people. 1 tablet for the dishwasher and no additional trash bags. I stayed in a similar apartment in Vienna just days before and they had a full roll of trash bags, all the Dishwasher tablets you wanted and more. Pool towels. No pool towels were provided at all, even though they said there were in the drawers. THEY ONLY WANT TO MAKE MONEY, NOT MAKE YOU COMFORTABLE. LACK of power outlets - this is the 21st century. This place has very few power outlets. You either connect the bed light or charge your smartphone, if you travel with an iPAD, headsets smart watches, etc., good luck finding sufficient places to charge. WIFI - They provided the wrong WIFI password, as you can see from the picture attached. They promised to send a technician, which they did, but my daughter played with permutations until she got it. How can they provided a nicely laminated page with the wrong WIFI instructions? LOCATION - very bad if you want to be close to the beach. For us it was good, since we wanted to stay close to the broader family

Very good

Having stayed here before we knew what to expect. The apartments are well equipped and comfortable and close enough to the main tourist areas for a stroll in to restaurants and bars but nice and quiet at all times. The 5 minute walk to the station with trains direct to the airport and Malaga town make car hire unnecessary.

Budget friendly, spacious, okay located but needs some improvement on beds, linens, and cleanliness

I liked the location, spaciousness, and basic equipments in the kitchen. It is 20 min from the airport and 40-50 min from the city center by metro and 10-15 walk to the beach.

The bed needs to be replaced since mine was rattled the whole time. The pillows are also need to be replaced. I have enjoyed the property until I saw a couple cockroaches on the morning I was leaving. The wooden chair in the room near the toilet was where they were found. I also wish there are some trash bin you can throw away trashes more often. They will clean the room after 7 days and you need to throw away the trashes to the bin on the street when you are leaving.

Great stay!

Great spot, close to everything. Apartment has everything you need on daily basis cooking.They even giving you a bottle of water, teas, coffees sachets, sugar. So that when you arrived you can make a cuppa after journey. We choosed garden view and it was beautiful views from apartment. We could even enjoy the view of the mountains while having a breakfast at the table inside of the apartment. Beds/pillows was comfortable, more than enough towels.

One small thing that wish someone would check if everything is working properly as the bathroom sink took hrs for the water to drain as would just fill up the sink. Also no extra rubbish bags were in the kitchen.

the appartement is clean and tidy, you will find everything you need during your stay, easy check in

heavy smell of cigarettes, time to replace the beds, there’s no heating/ AC in the bedroom which makes it difficult to sleep in during cold weather, walls are paper thin you can hear the appartement next doors, and be reminded that there’s a damage deposit that’s not mentioned in the listing which you will get to know after you book the property
