Lovely staff but cleanliness was disappointing

Convenient and prompt shuttle bus service. Master bed was comfortable.

Toilet hasn’t been cleaned prior to our arrival and there was a used bath towel in the cupboard. Bathroom light and fan turned on and off all night automatically. Mattress in crib was a cheap inflatable one that was very uncomfortable for our baby. Swimming pool was dirty and cold.

The Irish bar shuts at 8pm, this was the reason I booked this hotel, thinking my last night would be a fun night in the Irish bar. Absolutely gutted it shut that early.

Even though I did not get my room type the bed was. Comfortable. The staff was very friendly. It’s close to the airport but a 30€ taxi ride.

Extremely friendly. They collected me from the airport in just 10 minutes. After I called them. The place is beautiful and cozy. Great facilities, clean and only about 5 minutes to the center by taxi.

Spotlessly clean. An excellent shuttle bus service that took us to and from the beach and also to the airport. The location is excellent, really close to the airport, would definitely recommend if you have an early flight

Reasonable hotel, inconvenient shuttle

A reasonable hotel not too far from the airport. There is a pool (we didn't use it) and there is a buffet breakfast for 15 euros (again we didn't try this). Our flight was due to arrive just before midnight. We messaged the hotel to say 7 of us would be there close to midnight and were assured the reception was 24 hrs (it was). However, the last shuttle bus left the airport just before midnight, meaning we had to get a taxi for 40 euros. The check in was very slow. Several groups arrived after us, so I'm assuming we weren't the only ones who couldn't use the free shuttle. Perhaps the timing of the last shuttle should tie in with flight arrival times ? After checking in, we fancied a drink. The receptionist/bar staff had a long queue of people to check in, so we gave up waiting. The following morning we wanted to get back to the airport. The first shuttle wasn't until 11.00hrs. Not much use to us again.

Good enough for short stay

The apartment was fine, big enough for one night. It was clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. We chose it because of our early flight as being close to the airport. However we had a chance to walk to the beach which was awesome, supermarkets and restaurants are also in walking distance.

One long pillow, that is just insane. Two people equals two pillows. There was not even a spare one in the closet. Some noise as if from broken machine outside during the night. Other guests don't respect the quiet hours.

good place to stay especially before flight

We needed just stay for one night before flight, didn't use facilities much but hotel looks good also for longer stay. Staff was kind, room was clean and tidy. There is good restaurant on site and shuttle to airport and beach but we didn't need them.

Bathroom had bad ventilation and was damp. Hotel is bit far from beaches but it's not problem if you have car or use their shuttle.

Nice hotel,pool,restaurant

the shuttle to take you to and from the hotel to airport also they drop you down near the beach....the food in the restaurant was nice....staff in the restaurant were nice nice pool and seating areas outside of rooms

The only thing we didnt like was one day at 7am we were woken up to a gardener using a leaf blower which was really loud and when we went down to reception to report it we were made to feel as if we were lying,so we said watch your cctv back and you will see them
