Well organised and clean

Easy to book, conveniently placed. Would use again for a long weekend. Didn't get chance to try the breakfast as an early flight demanded departure

The room could be a little dated so an update would be good, the price should reflect this. There was a problem with the system water, valve must be broken as the water didn't stop.

It was very close to the beach, the room was clean and comfortable.

There was a lack of cutlery or any form of plates or cups within the kitchen, so I’m not sure what the purpose of it was as nobody brings these things with them.

Health hazard

Our stay at this accommodation was an absolute disappointment and completely unacceptable. Upon entering the room, we were immediately overwhelmed by a strong, unbearable chemical odor, most likely from substances used against mold and insects. The smell was so intense that it made the room entirely uninhabitable and posed a potential health risk. We left immediately after inspecting the room and did not stay there at all. What made the situation even worse was the owner’s attitude. Despite our complaint, they refused to acknowledge the problem or offer any solution, insisting that such a condition is “standard.” This is absolutely outrageous. The accommodation did not match its description, failed to meet even basic living standards, and showed a complete disregard for the guests’ health and comfort. Truly a disgusting experience – I strongly advise against staying here.

Perfect for an overnight to catch a flight

Perfect location close to airport and beach. Great value for money. Friendly staff 👍🏻

Hotel facilities are too basic. No floor mats but not a big deal for me. The room is a little run down but worth it for the price. There are no privacy parking facilities.

The location was as advertised, close to the seafront and restaurants etc. The pool was very clean and well kept. The room was small but adequate with air conditioning.

The breakfast area was very bright and airy but was advertised as being usuable for breakfast, however there was no kettle or cutlery supplied only tables and chairs . Also there were few reclining beds (6) for the pool and no monitoring of occupancy resulting in beds not being available for use .

Disappointing

Loved the use of codes to check-in and quickly access the room.

Bathroom window was broken and could not close, which meant the room was close to 6 degrees in the middle of the night !

Very clean, comfortable and modern. It makes a great impression. Plenty od towels. Very comfy bed, i slept like a baby.

Very disappointed at the fact that despite the mention of a common kitchen there was no pots, pans, plates, cups or even cutlery. I came late and looking forward to a warm meal and a tea, but there wasn't even a kettle. Instead my frozen food defrosted and I had to throw it away. Wasted food and money. I asked and covid was brought into it as a reason which is a first I've come across travelling around. It is silly given all the above-mentioned get washed in hot water. The pool was also dirty, clearly out of service even though it says all year round. I really want to know what I'm getting when I book.

Neat and clean room, smooth self check in

We needed a location near the Malaga airport and this was perfect. The host contacted me via Whatsapp on the day of check in and provided the exact direction and the access code. Everything went smoothly.

We used the room just for a few hours before the early flight, nothing to resent.

Good value for a short stay!

It was a great deal as we needed a simple stay not too far from the airport. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. The beach and restaurants are close by.

The building isn’t too soundproof. Some very loud visitors arrived around 1 am and used the common area for discussions. Nice to hear people having fun, but not so much when you have an early flight yourself :) This of course does not influence my review of the property.

lovely property however experience impacted by other guests.

location was good - not too far from the beach and main market area. Cleaners were good and in daily. We had a balcony type area which is lovely but situated at the front door so not secluded or private in anyway. The pool was a good decent size and lovely surroundings all around the small grounds. Decent aircon. good shower

Due to the smaller size of the property and little soundproofing the other guests staying at the time of your visit will determine wether this is a relaxing holiday or not and for this reason alone I wouldn’t return. The fact there were young babies staying in the property had a massive impact on our experience. The villa is small and we were on the ground floor so having babies crying in the kitchen area/reception area or room across meant this was right outside your bedroom door and often meant impacted sleep. The kitchen and pool area as they are small were often fully occupied frequently (I do think it was near capacity during our stay) We felt like we had to spend all day every day at the beach. On our last night there seemed to be no kids and the villa was quiet and relaxed. i believe your experience (due to the size of the property) is totally reliant on the other guests at the time of your stay. The other guests were friendly etc just unfortunate that we were looking for a relaxed holiday and being awoken by this daily wasn’t a great experience.

Like having your own private villa

Good location, a short walk to the beach for bars and restaurants. Room was on the small side but had a beautiful balcony with lovely views. Good room facilities; large TV, small fridge and small wardrobe. Keyless entry was good and easy to use. Good communication from the owners too with clear entry instructions. The building and pool look pretty new and well looked after. As others have said it was like having your own private villa. Sunloungers were not as pictured (they were plastic white ones) but were still fit for use.

The bathroom was small and slightly dated. The wallpaper was nearly falling off the walls so could do with a touch up. Also could have done with more storage (we only stayed for 1 night so we’re fine but would have struggled if we’re were there for longer). All this is offset by the good value though!

it’s a real nice boutique hotel. communication went very smooth and even sn earlier check in was possible. rooms are small but fully and good equipped. having a small outdoor terrace was great. real recommendation! we will be back
