Another great stay!!

Having just been here back in January and on returning now there's lots of works and things happening, BUT they do not interfere with your stay at all. Had a double room this time with a huge balcony and an amazing sea view which was a bonus. Room comfortable and clean, usual two bottles of free water, which when needing a cuppa is a blessing! Staff amazing, polite and efficient. Even when we witnessed a guest having a "go" at a member of staff she stayed polite, smiling and efficient and dealt with him very calmly whisky he carried on having a go at her. This is what we love so much about this hotel

Wonderful stay, lovely hotel. Mario and Petra were very welcoming and helpful The room was great and very spacious. The food was was lovely.

Disappointing to say the least.

The dining facilities and food were very nice. Changing buffet menu daily. The location of the hotel is convenient for sea front and Carihuela shopping.

Room not as photographed on Booking com . There was no sofa. The room had many problems including leaking window, leaking toilet at floor level, only tea bags offered on kettle tray. Shower gel empty upon arrival. Hole in bottom sheet on arrival. Wardrobe door fell off. Floors in general not cleaned properly, fluff and dust in corners. This was supposed to be a Junior Suite in. 4 star hotel. This was very far from that..

It was ok for a short stay.

Position and the staff who were very helpful and attentive.

The hotel was cold. The air-con blew cold all the time and we informed the staff who just turned it off. Our room we found out, was over the room where they had the entertainment and the bass from the music resonated around the room each night until 23:00 or later. We weren’t informed of this at check in, would have been helpful. We paid for parking and when we came to leave their underground car park we had to move beds and tables & chairs that had been stored there to enable us to exit the car park. For 15e a night we didn’t expect to have this hassle!

One night stopover to great journey

Great room we were upgraded to a sea view junior suite. Only stayed a night and wish it could have been longer. Welcomed our little dog. The breakfast was one of the best ever. Even omelette and porridge. Good job everybody a perfect stay

Just love this hotel which gets better every year. It is kept immaculate and the cuisine is so varied. So near the beach and stops for local buses. Staff are so helpful!! Will return again!!

Safe in room had to be paid for. This is very old fashioned policy and type of safe. No policing of towels keeping beds even after long periods of time. On Saturday while there for 1.5 hours there were 8 beds reserved in this way for the whole period. Meant we had to sit on chairs. No coffee in room. Only sachets available were decaf.

Not worth the amount of money they charge!

Good location and pool was fine.

The hotel is extremely dated, the food served was below average, the beds are extremely uncomfortable and the rooms are not sound proof so you can hear every single noise.

Excellent location.

The staff were really friendly, helpful and welcoming. The lobby was modern and inviting. The bedrooms were very clean and tidy and the bed was extremely comfortable and spacious. The location was excellent.

We booked a junior suite and I expected it to be more plush than it was. The furnishings and decor were a bit dated and tired compared to the lobby and bar area.

I liked the location and the breakfast was good.

It was very dated, rooms really need modernisation, it did not feel like it was worth the money I paid for it. No character in the rooms at all. There are hotels at least half the price with the same standard of room.

I’ve stayed in a few hotels in torremolinos and this one has been the best so far.

Location was perfect for walking distance to the shops beaches and restaurants.

I can’t fault the property at all. The pool bar was closed downstairs for renovations but that didn’t have a negative impact on my stay.

Perfect from start to end

The location was ideal. 2 mins from the beach and a short walk to bars, nightlife and restaurants not to mention the Marina. Staff were incredibly helpful in recommending nightlife. Although I only made breakfast once, what I did experience was lovely and what you need to start you off in the morning. The roof terrace and service was fantastic and I will definitely return with friends in the future. As it was my Birthday, we also had Fizz and some jelly sweeties on arrival in our room which was a ice touch

Spotlessly clean large light airy bedrooms. Staff fantastic nothing too much trouble.

It would really make a difference to have a few milk sachets just for the first night. If you arrive late or have had a long journey, the last thing you want is to have to go shopping or find a shop open.

Nice hotel, perfectly placed with all that you need

Perfect position for everything Torromolenos beach front has to offer. Very easy access to vast array of restaurants and bars. Rooftop pool and bathing area was nice albeit I can see it becoming extremely busy in the height of summer. Restaurant was ok and food choice acceptable

A great stay here! I would stay again!

Great location! Only a 2 minute walk to the beach! The rooftop pool and bar was great! Good choice at the breakfast buffet! Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

As a younger traveller the hotel had quite an older population.

Not good

I liked that it was near the beach. There was a horrendous smell coming from the drains in the bathroom throughout my stay. I think I’ve stayed here 4 times in the past 2 years and was terribly dissatisfied with the food this time. It is not a good idea to cut costs on the quality of the food you provide, the meats and poultry were second rate and full of fat, I ate very little and the cost was too expensive for what I received. The hotel rooms and corridors are very tired and old and in need of a refit, and that green carpet!

we won’t return!

The location and rooftop pool

There was 11 of us for my 50th birthday, 3 guests stayed for 2 weeks, 6 of us for a week and 11 of us for 4 nights, the food was terrible, none of us liked it, the restaurant staff were rude, the English woman who checked us in and Albert and bar staff were lovely, we had eggs thrown on us having a laugh and sing song one night outside the bar area, we were lucky no one was hurt, we weren’t sure if it was from checked in staff who were doing work in the hotel or residents nearby, when our room was cleaned they only made the bed, they did not pick up dirty glasses, dirty cups, empty the rubbish, we couldn’t believe the service and no iron in the room they want you to pay at the front desk to have something ironed to deliver the next day, just terrible service we won’t be back!

Lovely hotel,spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good plenty of choice. Roof top pool was lovely.so close to bars/restaurants and shops in Carihuela.

Nothing really only I couldn’t get a sun bed one afternoon as people had reserved them and not there,although it does state your not allowed this was never enforced.

terrible we won’t be back

the location

The food was terrible, there was 11 of us in our group for a 50th birthday, no one liked the food, when our hotel room was cleaned they only made the bed they did not lift dirty cups and glasses, they never emptied the rubbish, one night while sitting outside having drinks we had eggs thrown on the ground close to our table, we were lucky we were not hit with them, not sure if it was from staff working in the hotel, or tenants from a building nearby, some of the staff were rude, the English lady who checked us in was lovely, but other staff in the restaurant were rude, Albert the bartender was lovely too but other that that we would not recommend this hotel
