Beautiful hotel, fantastic location. Pool and sunbeds were really nice. Enjoyed the flamenco show and the saxophonist in the 2 evenings we were there.

Food was not good 1st night, slightly better second night. Breakfast was ok. More choice for vegans please!

Location and facilities. Most of the reception staff were very nice.

I’m not sure whose fault this was , but we were told we only had 1 room booked a week before departure from Dublin. That was stressful. In addition, we were chat€54 for a cot . A crazy fee, but we paid it on arrival. When my daughter was checking out she was asked for the €54 again, as they inferred that it hadn’t been paid. They accepted that it was paid. No apology for either mistake. If the customer is right, then tell them, and apologise. We all make mistakes.

It’s our getaway for short breaks. Enjoy the friendliness and relaxed atmosphere at the hotel.

Excellent breakfast, with lots of choice. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location ideal, walking distance to Puerto de Benalmadena and to Carihuela Torremolinos with choice of restaurants both ways.

A quality hotel on the beach front

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were excellent being very spacious and with good facilities. The food was very good, with a good selection of different dishes including gluten free options. The pool area was immaculate and led directly on to the back and promenade. A lovely place and will definitely stay there again if down this way.

Parking was available but in a pay car park next door. It was discounted which was a plus.

Great location

Superb location with easy access to the beach. Lovely pool area outside comfy loungers, much appreciated indoor heated pool/spa. I thought the food was very good, I was half board, appreciate the variety of breads and cereal, good quality ingredients, yoghurts and fruits. Eggs done how you like them, they even tried to poach for me although not quite how I would do it the effort was great, it was fun and the eggs were good. Dinner offered plenty choice of better quality food rather than loads of cheap choices, suited me perfectly. Restaurant staff were great, always smiling.

My room, I’d booked a classic and expected a dated or more traditional feel, not shabby, broken chest drawers, pane of glass cracked badly on balcony which was not very clean or pleasant to sit on. No dryer for wet beach towels, no kettle ( can hire externally) I could pay 30€ per night extra to move but as I only had 4 nights I didn’t bother I also felt I paid enough already and would have appreciated a more understanding response at reception. Spa needs a good clean too.

paying for room safe, paying for pool towels, having paid for a room suite these costs felt silly and unnecessary there was too much to piece your breakfast together, so many places to visit to get toast, eggs, coffee etc, by the time I sat down it was cold. we have been here twice before so clearly we do like it but the food did not seem as good as previous visits the room we stayed in, bath tub didn't work, bath plug didn't work. telly didn't work, fridge didn't work, it felt tired

Highly recommended the hotel.

We stayed there from 27th Dec till the 2nd January. The atmosphere was amazing. The new years eve Gala Dinner was nice but very expensive.

The cooked breakfast was cold. Eg baked beans, bacon, etc. The new silver containers do not keep food hot.

I’d say this hotel was 2/3 star at most! Floor was abit dirty when I arrived in my room… the shower wasn’t great as it floods the floor…. And I asked for an iron and they said they don’t do irons…. How was I meant to iron my clothes from my luggage… I’ve stayed in hotels in India that are 1/2 stars in a 3rd world country and they provide irons!!! And this was supposed to be 4 star hotel

The hotel itself is beautiful. Very clean and the breakfast room is incredible. The cleaning staff are very friendly. Not so much the reception staff.

The staff are very unfriendly and even rude. We paid for a frontal view and got a side view. I was told if I didn't like it...leave. We also paid for the security box in the room. Ours was broken and requested 3 times to have it fixed, was told someone would be up to fix it and no one ever came. I have been refused the payment back for it even though I took pictures of the broken box.
