Spotlessly clean, room cleaned & fresh towels everyday. We stayed for 4 nights, check in was very quick & easy, the staff were very helpful, I requested an extra pillow & blankets which were no trouble & brought to our room within 5 minutes. Ideally located, bus stop directly opposite, 5 minute walk to the beach & shops. Would definitely stay again.

Room was bigger than i thoight but unfortunately the Air conditioning didnt work the first night we got that which was frustrating so the sexond day we had to switch rooms and the new room was a lot smaller but not that it really made muchnof a difference. The hair dryer didnt work in the new room tho. Just little things they need to sort out. The staff were very nice and also there to help. Prices on food and drink were decent. Just a shame they only had 2 pizza on offer from the about the 12 they had on the leaflet.

A delightful, typically Spanish hotel with the extra bonus of a beautiful tranquil garden. A bus stop outside to either Torremolinos or Benalmadena. The beach is just a 4 minute walk away with an abundance of restaurants and shops. It’s a cozy, friendly hotel with staff that go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasant one. Special thanks to Aline, Misha, Victor, Cat and Encarna who cares for the beautiful garden. All the staff were super helpful and I felt safe and relaxed there.

Check in was fast. I was 3 hours early and my room was ready. The room is a good size, little dated but very clean. The bathroom did look updated. Shower pressure wasn’t the best but adequate. The air con was perfect and the wifi was really good, quite fast and reliable, even at the pool area. And the pool area is stunning. Beautiful well kept gardens and a lovely swimming pool that wasn’t freezing cold like other hotels I’ve stayed in. Would stay here again and it’s also exceptional value for money.

Amazing garden especially at night time when you can smell the magnolias. The staff are brilliant and were very professional during the power cut that affected Spain. They handled it really well at what felt like a time of crisis. Cool and calm and they just carried on being hospitable. Good bar area with nice Alhambra beer. 4 minutes walk away from the beach.. can't go wrong.

We had arrived at Málaga Airport and picked up our hire car before heading over to the hotel. We were made welcome and everything was explained to us clearly. The room we were given faced onto a very quiet side road. It had a large balcony with a table and two seats. We have stayed here previously and really like it.

Lovely family run hotel. Reception very helpful regarding trips to Gibraltar, Al Hambra Palace ,Cordoba as well as local transport help . Bus stop to Malaga and Mijas just outside hotel steps. I had an excellent greeting from a male receptionist, and indeed nearly all of the staff including those doing bar, grounds and cleaning work are very polite and professional. I was given a top floor room (which I had asked for) and it was a good size with ample storage space, a lovely light en suite and balcony. The room was in the corner of an L shaped building however, so therefore on view for anyone on a neighbouring balcony if the curtains were not drawn. The television was excellent- many UK regular channels available. Throw in an in room safe and have optional extra blankets in the room and the stay would be perfect. The hotel is on a main road close to two train stations and within easy reach of both Torremolinos and Benalmadena. It also has some well tended grounds with enough space for sunloungers and a small swimming pool.

After travelling through Europe decided to finish with some sunshine in torremilinos,the welcome I received from the receptionist Mercedes was first class , definitely the right person for the job ,very helpful and friendly and seemed genuinely pleased to see me .Hotel good value for money and only two streets back from the beach , room was cleaned everyday,not always the case as stayed in a different hotel in torremilinos and moved because it was run down and not cleaned .If your looking for exceptionally helpful staff ,stay here ,big thank you to Mercedes.!
