Generally good (but not great) breakfasts as for a 3* hotel. For a person who wants to eat a real breakfast (not just coffee and croissant), the choice was OK.
The location is quite convenient and it's quite easy to find a free parking place on a street within 200m from the hotel. Generally value for the price was good.
I got the room with the window to the back of the hotel and there was very little noise. I could sleep with my window opened.
My bed was only ~190cm long and I am taller than that.
Juices offered at the breakfast were awful (artificial smell/taste and very sweet). Luckily there was water and tea too.

Lovely quaint family run hotel. All staff helpful and professional. The property was spotless and well maintained. I arrived late at 11.30 and eventhough the kitchen was just closed the chef prepared a delicious pizza for me. Thank you. Great choice at buffet breakfast. Nice bar and furnishings. Bus stops to Malaga/Fuengirola (110) and Mijas (121) on the main road outside property. Aldi just a 2 minute walk away. As a mature female solo traveller I felt safe in the vicinity. Thank you to all at Arcos de Montemar.

A great little hotel located in a quiet area but only a few minutes walk from the sea front and lots of bars and restaurants. Our room was located at the front with a huge balcony which was sunny from morning until late afternoon. The buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of choice of cold and hot food. All the staff were cheerful and were always happy to help.
Only one small point was the lack of drawers in our particular room. There was a good sized wardrobe but not many hangars so a small chest of drawers would be great. However this didn't impact on the enjoyment of our holiday.
