Service was extremely nice and polite. but the rom and cleanlines was a disappointment. One of the towels was moista and dorty, even though it was folded. Bed had sand in it, when I opened the covers etc. Also bed was shorter than normal, I'm not that tall, and everywhere else I can sleep well, without my feet hanging in the air.

Many repeat visitors to this hotel . Fantastic location . Bring your own beach towel . Plenty of shops and restaurants close by and reasonably priced snack bar and restaurant at the hotel. Fridge in room and great shower. €12 to hire a kettle for 7 days if needed. Looking forward to our next trip.

Really good kids club. That is the reason why we come again and again. The kids club facilities really needs an upgrade because the equipment is warned out. The breakfast is good. The pool towel rules are strange. Really amazing location.

I was only there for one night but I would stay again. I loved the balcony with ocean view and rooftop bar with couches and great views. The pool looked nice but I didn’t get a chance to use it. I would book it again for the price.

Our experience was very pleasant. Hotel is well located, easy access to nice bars, restaurants and shops. The food was good, great variety. We had breakfast and dinner. Dinner had options of fresh cooked meat, which added a nice option. The staff was superb, special thanks to Nadia , from the restaurant staff , who was always with a nice smile. The hotel also has evening music, either on the poolbar or rooftop bar, which added some fun for the nights we didnt want to leave.

A very nice and clean Hotel. Breakfast was excellent. I would recommend either a sea view or pool and sea view room, it is worth paying the little extra. Roof Top Bar is also a great advantage to staying at this Hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

Property is perfectly located, slap bang on La Carihuela, overlooking the beach and promenade. Inside is mostly clean, though I found a few hairs on my bedsheets. To hire a kettle it's £12.00 for a week (less if under a week)with a £20 deposit that is refunded upon return. There are loads of shops, bars and restaurants nearby, as well as Benalmadena marina.

Hotel is nice, rooms are clean and comfortable with everything you need. Wonderful views and great location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Drinks are reasonably priced and there are loads of restaurants nearby if you don't want to eat at the hotel. Breakfast was lovely, dinner was not so good. The rest of our party enjoyed it so maybe it was just me, but I wasn't impressed with the options or the quality. It was nice to have entertainment available, although it wasn't to my taste. Rooftop bar is gorgeous (and you can visit it even if you don't stay there), but why on earth is the music up there so LOUD - and so dreadful?! Impossible to have a conversation without shouting or just have a drink and enjoy the view. I've visited the rooftop bar several times before my stay and it wasn't any better - seriously, I get it in mid-summer if you have lots of 20 somethings staying but the average age of your visitors when I was there was about 60+ - I refuse to believe they want that dreadful noise blaring away! Thankfully you can't hear it from the rooms!

I stayed here for 2 weeks for a family holiday. My first impression was unwelcoming. I arrived with my partner and son along with my brother and his partner who were helping us with luggage as we had the baby. The receptionist abruptly told us he was allowed no further. I said okay he was just helping us inside with our luggage’s . He then told us he was not allowed in the hotel room which he wasn’t going to anyway. Once arrived in our room it’s very standard room set up. No kettle however. It’s 14 euro a week to rent. Housekeeping were partially friendly, some say hello, some have a lot of attitude. We were asked if we needed cleaning when we had already put the sign out on the door. If no then we would hear the relief in their voice, if yes it’s a dramatic sigh and a look at the watch as if it’s too much to ask for. We had an ant issue, coming from the corridor under the door into the room, so many that they were found in our clothes! Beds so uncomfortable that we have back pain now and my partner was bitten by bed bugs!! It was confirmed by a pharmacist. For buffet breakfast- dont. It’s not worth the money. You’ll be left with a stomach ache lasting the rest of the day. On check out, there was no “Thankyou, how was your stay “ Just a “yes no charges on your room” I asked to leave my luggage and that even seemed an issue. I had other family staying in the hotel and they thought the same. Nothing special at all considering the price payed.
