I am disabled and was not able to access the swimming pool or sunbeds. As I am a wheelchair user I can not get on the beach this meant I was not able to relax in the sun, which is important to me

Exceptionally friendly reception and welcome. Very clean rooms Swimming pool Excellent location close to restaurants, shops and the beach.

Very noisy. The men in the adjoining rooms were very loud and there isn't any noise insulation between the walls. Very difficult to sleep even when people return or leave their room; the doors opening and closing can be heard as if it were your own room door opening.

Pleasant hotel but clearly not geared up to provide accommodation for travellers who are not couples

The staff at the hotel were, without exception, fabulous. Location was great and breakfast was fine.

We asked on more than one occasion for single beds in the three rooms we booked. A double was fine in the fourth. Subject to availability was your response but it became clear that no effort had been made to accommodate this request and a number of us had to move rooms. If you are unable to satisfy an important request then please be honest and say so which would have given us the opportunity to source an alternative.

Excellent - we’ll be back.

Best of all is location - in the heart of the action and a stones throw from the beach. Quick and easy access from and to the airport via the inexpensive Refe railway line. Clean, modern hotel with helpful, smiley staff. This was our third visit to the property.

We missed not having a kettle for tea in our room. There was coffee but we are not really into coffee.

Wonderful staff

We loved our stay at the Moon Dreams. The only complaint was, we stayed on the ground floor and the noise of some out late revellers would disturb our sleep when they came back to the hotel. However, we spoke with the receptionist who changed us immediately to a much quieter room. I’m saving the highest praise for the staff, every single one I interacted with was very pleasant and accommodating.

Relaxing and enjoyable stay

Spacious and well lit rooms. Bathroom was exactly what we wanted as it was a wet room and suited perfectly. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff were friendly and did a great job I would recommend Moon Dreams for a relaxing break and it's only a 5 minute walk to the beach!

The bathroom could do with one or two shelves for personal items. Restaurant serve only breakfast, which was a disappointment.. These are small issues and subjective . We were overall very happy with our stay.

Very friendly helpful staff Great location Plenty sunbeds Gave a ticket for left luggage on final day.

Given a card that said our board was bb. Assumed it meant bed and breakfast. Was embarrassed to be approached in the restaurant and told we were room only and had to pay. Saying that the breakfast was probably worth 12 euros each. Covers on the sunbeds need scrapped. They look very dirty. Could do with more information of what is available in hotel eg.showers and changing room available after checkout

Nice staff and great location. Never had breakfast and glad I did not take that option because it seems nobody takes that option in this hotel.

The rooms are nothing like the pictures. The hotel is very run down and not maintained at all. The pictures are real and probably take a while before. Now most of the stuff you see on those pictures are gone. The pictures are very misleading. Staff is fine, location is good but it looks more like a motel then a boutique hotel. For sure not worth the money spend.

The towels were poor very rough and even the toiletries ie. Loo roll was the cheapest of cheap. Very noisy bed very comfortable but too noisy not worth over €100. Won't be back
