Excellent, no hesitation in recommending this beautiful hotel.

We had the Ava Gardener Junior Suite on the 8th floor, which in my opinion was probably the best room in the hotel because of its position. The room and bathroom were beautiful and spotlessly clean, enormous bed, amazing shower, the view from the large balcony was amazing, you can see the sunrise over the sea and it stays on the balcony until it disappears a few minutes before sunset (so it does get hot with little shade, no umbrella). There are 2 lifts, they are small but speedy and clean, never waited more than a minute or two to use. All staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful, if you need anything just ask! We paid for breakfast as we used it, wish I was up earlier to have gone every day, worth every penny, especially if you like a 5 course breakfast to set you up for the day !! Mini market(s) opposite the hotel, Carrefour is better a 5/10 minute walk on the street behind the promenade/sea front. Shops bars, beach bars, restaurants 5 minutes walking. You can easily walk along the prom to the centre of Torremolinos or the marina at Benalmadena. Taxis, trains, buses easily available (bus stop outside the hotel). I would recommend a trip up to Benalmadena Pueblo (taxi one way about €23) and a day in Malaga (taxi one way about €30 but buses and trains are really cheap) We’re not pool people so can’t comment on the vibe around the pool, but it was spotlessly clean with plenty of sun beds and other seating. Travelled 1st week in October 2025

Exceeded my expectations for the price

The room was lovely, clean and white sheets. Plenty of sun loungers by the pool at all times which was perfect for us. The staff go the extra mile, breakfast is average sized but always being topped up and staff are very attentive. Round by the pool staff offered fruit throughout the day, cleaned up promptly so it was always beat abs tidy. Drinks etc reasonably priced. Little walk to beach and main resort centre (only about 5 mins and slightly downhill). Honestly for the price we paid for 3 nights this was brilliant and I would actually stay again. Really easy to get taxis and Ubers to the marina etc which is lovely. Pool towels are available. Can’t fault the property to be honest!

Fluorescent lighting in the room. Like many hotels in Europe the room key card must be inserted to turn on electricity in the room. The problem is- that included the room refrigerator. So if you leave for the day the fridge is turned off while you are gone. Asked for an extra room card to keep the fridge on. The staff was happy to accommodate.

The employees from reception. To bar staff and housekeeping were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The property was clean and well maintained. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping very flexible and always available. Beds were exceptionally comfortable and good range of tv channels available.

There was nothing major, tea and coffee tray in the room would be nice addition. However there is a supermarket very close and a shop across the road that stocks essentials.

Area around hotel a bit run down but not far to amenities and beach The suites were better than our rooms but not available to book on your site which is a negative Especially when we found booking via the hotel a suite was cheaper than the basic room we had off booking.com and included free breakfast! Will book directly next time and do more research into the costs

Fantastic staff - went out of their way to help me with a twisted knee I needed help and with bookings to other places . They were nice and accommodating and gave good restaurant / tapas recommendations. They tried their best to make me feel comfortable. My room was a junior suite so came with a stunning view - even though past a busy street. I’d recommend this place thought the bar/pool area was a bit dead only because it was start of the season

The doors of the rooms slam when people come in and out this can be jarring. There’s door stoppers but even with them they slam and can really startle you but this happens every morning or night at busy times otherwise it’s okay.

Decent hotel, excellent staff

We found the hotel last minute when our Airbnb let us down. We weren’t expecting much but were pleasantly surprised - the room was clean and spacious, the pool area was pleasant, breakfast surprisingly good with a wide selection. The best feature was the staff who across the board were fantastic, especially the reception staff. Really helpful and friendly.

We would have preferred to be closer to the town and train station but this didn’t make too much difference. The exterior of the hotel is hideous but not atypical for torremolinos. Also a shame that primarily English is spoken so not an authentic experience at all but I suppose most guests are ok with that

Ideal location without the price of the beach front The pool although small was lovely and the sunbeds comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
