Plenty of space for a big family in a cosy apartment really well located to explore Copenhagen.

The handle of gate look like falling apart. I am concerned safety issues. Dish washer had some problems and doesn’t work properly. Shortage toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and garbage bag, special we have 10 people in the apartment.

Complete lack of soundproofing in the city center.

1. The apartment is centrally located, close to the train station and the Round Tower. 2. Cafés and restaurants are within walking distance. 3. Well-equipped kitchen. 4. Spacious rooms. 5.Towels provided 6. Convenient and self-check-in

1. No soundproofing – Everything happening outside was clearly audible (and this is the city center). It was impossible to sleep due to parties lasting until morning and early garbage collection. Even earplugs didn’t help; only noise-canceling headphones made sleep possible. The host advised bringing earplugs only after the booking was confirmed and just a day before check-in. 2. No ventilation – The apartment was extremely hot and stuffy. 3. Only one bathroom for four bedrooms. 4. Uncomfortable pillows and thick blankets I definitely wouldn’t stay in this apartment again.

the house was so big and spacious that we loved it, the beds were very comfortable, clean and the location was very good.

It definitely gets incredibly cold in the evenings, even when we went, the heaters were broken, two rooms were completely cold in the evenings, although we pointed it out, they did not send a heater.! There is no elevator, so I took the suitcases down and out by myself. There was no one to help me at the weekend. And very noisy apartment because there is a park in front of the house and there is a repair downstairs..

Beautiful Decor didn't mask the College Dorm Noise and Construction Site Views

The flat is "furnished" beautifully. Gorgeous well kept seating areas, lighting etc. Beds were comfortable. Location of Neighborhood, itself, is perfect... however

I just reread reviews/ bio if NOISE was mentioned? Our four night stay was anything but "peacefully secluded" Our flat was on the 2nd fl. We chose this property as it stated strict noise rules aka upscale living, not college dorm. 1st night right above us very large, very loud party, traffic up/down stairs. Disbursed 11p but constant stomping back forth on wooden floors until all hours was unbearable. Was this due to me knocking on their door, politely requesting they quiet down 11:30p. If management assisted them checking out-thank you. Next night was quiet-no sleeping aids needed. Oops next morn 6:30a wakened with large pipes falling off trucks from construction site literally across from our "beautiful terrace"? (Pictured below) We were and are so disappointed we were not contacted to confirm the construction noise would not be bothersome or offered to find alternative lodging before we arrived. One thin, small towel per person for four nights, no hooks, no closets, and cooktop not working is the least of the issues.

Our stay in this beautiful Copenhagen apartment was nothing short of magical.

The apartment encapsulated the essence of Danish design and hospitality, providing us with an unforgettable experience in this charming city. One of the highlights of our stay was the apartment's balcony.

When we arrived, the sinks in each bathroom had trouble working. We reported this problem, and it was fixed the next day. It did not bother us, and we appreciated the efficiency. Great stay, despite this.

Amazing location. Quiet street but 2 minutes away from the main pedestrian streets with restaurants and shops. Very spacious apartment and beautifully designed in a Scandinavian style. Will definitely be back.

Central location in the city with enough space for two families with kids.

It was very loud in the night when other people used the staircase in the house. Some window blinds were broken so it was not possible to darken all sleeping rooms completly.

Amazing apartment in a beautiful city

The central location was amazing, train and metro nearby plus the round tower and many places to eat. The apartment was huge and had everything in the kitchen to make meals and coffee and tea. stayed at many places in Europe and this was one of the best.

check in time is very late which is 16.00 before than that time there is no place to leave the luggage's. on the other hand, check out is at 11.00 which is quite early and also no place to leave the luggages. you have to keep your staff with yourself which is not nice for the holiday.

Great location but very worn out place with poor support.

Excellent location downtown. Lots of space. Easy access.

The apartment was not in good condition. The Wifi wasn't working and despite several chat exchanges with the management, it felt like there was no intention to help. After our stay, I got a message saying "you should have called us". Or maybe YOU should have called me when I said it wasn't working? Kitchen appliances: Oven was not working. Access: building door was not working (open all the time) Light in the toilet was not working. The 10th "bed" is a sofa that actually is in 2 pieces, not attached. So you have to put them together to make it a "bed". But God forbid you ask to check in before 4PM... there will be no flexibility. I could have been ok with all the defaults, but the lack of involvement of the supporting staff to fix it (WiFi for instance) was disappointing.

Perfect location but noisy

Perfect location, very central so most of the highlights are at walking distance. Verg spacious apartment, well equipped.

Noisy: we could hear the upstairs neighbours walking, also their tv and music. At 6 in the morning building work started on the opposite of the square. There was no double bed, only singles put togehter. There were rotten flowers with smelly water on the table, apart from this the place was very clean.
