Very beautiful, large and comfortable

This is a spectacularly beautiful and very big apartment in central Copenhagen. The photos don't do it justice. It's incredibly luxurious and comfortable, with top quality, stylish fittings and furnishings and gorgeous lighting. It's a lovely period building.

Only bedrooms 1 and 4 are private (bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 4 has bunk beds). You have to walk through bedroom 2 to get to bedrooms 3 and 4, and you have to walk through bedroom 3 to get to bedroom 4. This wasn't a problem for us as we're family, and we got the apartment for a bargain price last minute for a one night stay. It might be less welcome at full price for a group of couples. Also, there's only one bathroom (there's a second toilet). There's *no lift* and 65 steps to reach the apartment, so not great for kids or the infirm. Finally, check-in is not until 4pm, which is unusually late.

Lovely apartment with character in the heart of Copenhagen.

This was a really last minute booking and we struggled to get confirmation details - but hosts were responsive and all worked out. Problem with shower draining was resolved quickly. Flat is in a traditional building and is fantastically situated and the living room is huge and well decorated. 3 king size bedrooms are very comfortable. We didn't use the other bedroom or sofas for guests. Well kitted out kitchen though we didn't use it over a short stay. We loved the atmosphere and would stay again.

One bathroom and separate toilet - we were only a group of 4 but for a bigger group another bathroom/shower would be preferable - split current large bathroom in two? Also - a small supply of tea/coffee/milk would have been a nice touch.

Ok if you only need a place to sleep

Very big spacious apartment in the centre of the city. The staff was responsive but we never saw them.

It's one of those apartments that are managed by a big agency, so expect communication only via message and a bit of an impersonal experience. The apartment is on the 4th floor and there's no lift, which would be good to highlight on the ad as we realised only there. Also facilities are scarce, we were a group of about 9 people and didn't have enough plates, kitchen utensils etcetera for all. There's no cleaning items either or basic stuff like oil, salt, etcetera. It's an ok stay if you won't be much in the apartment and just need a place to sleep.
