Great location but noisy neighbors

Great location, next to the subway and mini market, and spacious kitchen, well furnished. Main bed was comfortable

Too noisy! Especially for my daughters who were sleeping in the living room (ground floor apartment), they experienced constant disruptions from noisy neighbors at random hours at night. Also, they shouldn't misguide clients in regards to the second bed: it's a sofa and NOT a sofa bed!

Not worht the price they owner is asking for

The location was good, but the apartment was not worht the price.

The noise level in the apartment was extremely high, not only from outside, but also from neighboring apartments and the one above. The beds were uncomfortable and the apartment appeared to be only partially renovated, which did not justify the price. The check-in experience was very poor. Despite requesting an earlier check-in at the time of booking and following up by email, we were not allowed to enter before 16:00. As a result, we had to wait in a café with all our luggage for several hours. Additionally, the hospitality service was disappointing. I accidentally left my mobile phone charger in the apartment and informed the owner immediately. They claimed it was not there, even though I have a photo proving it was left in the apartment. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations and the price they ask for, and I would not recommend this property. you would have a better trip if you book to hotel rooms

Excellent location, clean apartment

Wifi was not working when we arrived. A different network and password were provided but there was no signal in the kitchen and in the room next to it. We also had trouble disposing the garbage because the locker with the keys to the area outside the building where the trash cans are would not open.

Location was terrific. Apartments large with three bedroom.

Heating was not working which made drying towels and wet coats impossible. The hosts immediately repo shed to our complaint and stated the building owner was attempting to fix it, but for our 3 day stay it did not work. The apartment was not as comfortable as it could have been because of this.

Overall a great place - good value for money. I would reccoment to my friends.

Location is great. The flat was clean and tidy. It was easy to get there and go around. The kitchen facilities were great. The hosts were checking in onus and were asking if we need any help. The main bed was good.

The bathroom door could not close if you don't move the bed. There were noises from the street, but this is expected in such location and building.

Clean, comfy, extra bedding, close to the city centre and metro, modern, small guide for tourists on the table (what to visit, where to eat), quick communication, baby ready, could mirror a movie to tv from phone(also HDMI ready), good price, very big rooms

didn't bother to greet us in person, old windows, you're not sure which apartment you will get but the bottom ones are worse, suited for 2 ppl otherwise someone sleeps on the sofa, i was on the sofa and had hard time sleeping cuz i heard everyone enter building, entered wrong building door code once but it opened anyway, you have to wash dishes and take out trash before checking out

The location was great ! Everything you need is around , all attractions are very close and you can walk to. I loved Seven Eleven is in the same building. Excellent location. The customer service to be honest was fast and good.

The bed sheets were not clean or sterilized , I got a bed bug infection. Also , the apartment is in the third floor , and there was no elevator. Very hard to access with kids.

The ground floor apartment was too noisy, mostly from inside of the building due to the thin walls, the 4th floor apartment we faced a big problem with having no elevator, we had to carry our luggage up there which was a horrible experience, the apartment booking had a problem with the details of the noise and the elevator since we only ever knew about them after the booking, both apartments had a problem with the heat too

Great location - although we initially found it tricky to find. Nice having a small kitchen to sort breakfast before a day of sightseeing etc. Good size. Clean.

Our room was just off the front hallway - near the main door to the property. This meant noise levels were high in the evenings as people came in from bars and restaurants etc.

We rented this house from June 29 to July 3. Although the official check-in time was 4:00 PM, we arrived at 7:00 PM and the staff were still working inside, fixing the door and doing repairs. The unit looked completely different from the pictures we had seen when making the reservation, and although we messaged about this, we received no response. At the time of booking, there was no mention that the apartment was on the third floor without an elevator. We were only informed two days before check-in that there was no elevator. The apartment had just one bathroom and toilet, which was not sufficient for a group of six. Moreover, the bathroom door lock was broken and always remained open, causing a terrible smell to spread throughout the entire apartment after someone used it. The bedrooms were extremely small. To get on or off the bed, you had to stand on the bed and exit from the foot side. Also, the mattresses were not proper ones — they were so soft and sunken that you would slide into the middle like in a boat. As for the location, it’s indeed in the city center and very well-situated. However, if you’re staying during warm weather like we did and need to keep the windows open due to the lack of air conditioning or ventilation, you won’t be able to sleep at night because of the street noise and crowds outside. In conclusion, due to the host’s lack of transparency in presenting a unit that matches the photos and all the issues I mentioned, I cannot recommend this apartment. As someone who lives in Istanbul and has been a Superhost for 5 years, I’m not writing this out of harshness, but out of sincere concern — hoping the host will fix these issues so that future guests, especially those with small children like us, won’t have the same bad experience.

The information in the ad did not represent the flat correctly, expectations were much higher than we found. First of all, there is no sofa bed, you literally sleep on the sofa, not comfortable at all and I had back pain for all the days of my stay. The bathroom has a ridiculous and dangerous door, it opens a few centimetres and the passage is not easy as it slams against the bed. Flat VERY noisy, you can hear the upstairs neighbours and when you open the main entrance door of the building it sounds like they are entering the flat. We expected to find gifts for the guest such as tea or coffee, instead there was nothing free. In the bathroom, for 4 guests, there were only 2 small samples of product, clearly not enough and we had to buy it at the supermarket. Definitely for the price paid I would not recommend this hotel, the only positive note is the location!

Brilliant location, lovely space.

You cannot beat this location! Absolutely spectacular! I traveled with two friends/colleagues and this place was perfect, with three generously sized bedrooms (all could've accommodated a couple) and two full bathrooms. The space was large and lovely, and the hosts very responsive. You truly cannot beat the location! We also availed ourselves of the washer that was in the en suite bathroom and it worked great and made it much easier to pack.

No complaints, really. As noted by the host, this is in the heart of everything and there is, accordingly, some noise from the outside. As recommended by the host, I packed ear plugs.

(1) Excellent location in the city center with easy access to the main attractions. (2) Nice home decor, spacious and warm flat, one of the few apartments we could find in Copenhagen with 2 bathrooms(we were a group of 5, went during winter and could stay with t shirts inside). (3) Staff very helpful and understanding (they reached out to us by themselves to ask how everything was going or if we needed anything since the start). Overall, great experience and Great value for money paid. Thank you :)

The location was excellent and the flat itself was spacious and comfortable. There were 2 stand fans which were very useful for the slightly warm weather.

The inability to check-in early or check-out late (by a couple of hours) without having to pay extra and not being able to store luggage at the property.

Paying the price of a five-star hotel, I have gained an experience that is not as good as a youth hostel.

If I have to like it, it’s the location is not bad.

1, No elevator, so we have to carry all luggage to the top floor by ourselves; 2, No services. We never met any employees of this property from the beginning to end. 3, Have to do everything by ourselves. Also we received a long…. list which we need to follow their rules, including bringing the waste out of the building before leaving. 4, The location is also not perfect for all attractions. Average 15-25 minutes need to walk per trip. 5, Almost all facilities are super dirty and damaged for years before our coming. I don’t feel anyone is maintaining this property.

Spaciuos stay in central Copenhagen.

Right in the center of Copenhagen, huge apartment with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Checkin and access to the rooms uncomplicated and very good organised. Kitchen with dishes, glasses,, dish washer, living room with good space and huge smart TV - everything you need for a nice evening with friends. We really enjoyed our stay - the price is good for central CPH as well!

Copenhagen can be a bit loud at 4 in the morning, but that is a downside of the central location.. Only the cleanliness of the staircase and the way to the garbage area (no light and somehow creepy) could be improved. All in all a very good offer, though.

Great place to stay.

Location. Owners gave great directions for locks, garbage, etc. Clean. Nice rooms with lots of outlets. Nice kitchen and bath. We were very happy with the apartments!

Stairs and no elevator were a little tough for older people in our group. Some taxis had no idea where it was. Maybe some directions in Danish and English that we could show drivers would help. Some notes on restaurants, taxis etc would help for travelers.
