Amazing central location. Really easy to access the city with metro lines in easy walking distance. The apartment was really well appointed with everything you could need for your stay.

Everything was beyond expectations! The apartment is very clean, perfectly fitted for 2 families (2 bedrooms each with its own bath, kitchen and living room in a very large open space). The apartment offers guests a warm and cosy atmosphere and is well equipped. In the kitchen you have everything you need for a quick food, and cleaning utensils as well. The toiletry in the shower smells so good... I think Rituals. The bedding is so comfy and resting. And the location of the apartment is right in the heart of the city center, in the middle of Stroget, and you can reach all touristic objectives by foot in a pleasant walk.
We can't complain about anything! Congrats to the owners for the way they manage this lovely nest and keep it clean, warm, comfy and safe for its guests! The communication was prompt and efficient throughout Booking platform.

Great location, next to the subway and mini market, and spacious kitchen, well furnished. Main bed was comfortable
Too noisy! Especially for my daughters who were sleeping in the living room (ground floor apartment), they experienced constant disruptions from noisy neighbors at random hours at night.
Also, they shouldn't misguide clients in regards to the second bed: it's a sofa and NOT a sofa bed!

Let’s start with the positives: The apartment is in a fantastic location right in the center of Copenhagen. It has a nice layout and offers enough space for a small family of four. The beds are also comfortable.
However, that is where the positives end. Overall, the apartment is very dated and in poor condition. Everything feels old, run-down, and poorly maintained. When we arrived, the place wasn't clean. Following our complaint, a cleaning crew came the next day and, thankfully, did a proper job.
That said, there was an old vacuum cleaner left in the hallway the entire time, and a mattress was leaning against the living room wall that was so disgusting you didn’t even want to think about where all the stains came from. Despite our requests, that specific "disgusting item" was never removed. We messaged the property manager and spoke to the cleaning crew about it, but they claimed the caretaker had to handle it. The caretaker was also supposed to come by because the towel rack in the bathroom kept falling off the wall, but he never showed up. Honestly, giving this place three stars is being very generous.
One final note: although the host isn't responsible for this, parking in central Copenhagen is extremely expensive—you can easily end up paying €70 a day. You might be better off arriving by train.
