Great apartment

Lovely apartment, loads of space for a family of 5 adults, 2 large doubles and a comfortable double sofa bed. Great location, easy access to Metro, shops, restaurants. Walking distance to everything you need..supermarket Netto, 2 min walk. Highly recommend. Had everything in it we needed. Great communication from the host, excellent instructions for getting into the property

3 flights of steep steps which for older guests was quite difficult with luggage. Any mobility or breathing issues might struggle so maybe should state this so people are aware. No microwave or toaster but that is minor as flat well equipped apart from that. Beds super comfy.

The experience for our family in terms of location and the city itself, was excellent.

Perfect location for metro access and for exploring the city; v central! We found the apartment to be quiet and the neighbours were v friendly. It was spacious, warm and clean; we were visiting in late October. We had a great a great stay and would be happy to recommend this apartment for a family of 4/5.

The couch bed was uncomfortable for my 18year old daughter.

Fantastic location in Copenhagen

The location was fantastic, and the apartment was clean and modern. Having a kitchen and a laundry was very useful. It's very close to Netto, a grocery, for when you want to eat in. Even when a party was going on outside, it was pretty quiet in the room.

The duvets were hot, and there weren't any plain top sheets. Maybe we should have taken them apart. Our family walks a lot, so we were fine, but be ready to climb stairs!

Well furnished and cozy apartment in the vibrant heart of Copenhagen

The apartment was super cosy and well furnished! Also, the location was great and within walking distance to the metro, supermarkets and shopping street. The staff were really nice and responsive and even called to check that we were well settled in. Absolutely loved the apartment and will definitely book this amazing property on my next visit to Copenhagen!

Copenhagen vacation with small kids (age 4 and 7)

- excellent location- walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, shops, grocery store. - spacious apartment. I have 2 kids and not being cramped in a hotel room was a relief; - well equipped kitchen- after travelling for days and staying at hotels, i was glad to be able to cook and feed my kids the food that they are used to. - communication was excellent. I was travelling and wasn't able to respond back immediately, but messages/ reminder emails kept coming in which I found helpful and comforting. - playground in front of the apartment was great especially if you have small kids. - apartment was clean. Beddings and towels were provided;

- door code of the main door (by the street) didn't work properly, but a back up key was provided so things worked out fine. I just had to plan things ahead with the people I'm travelling with since we shared 1 key. - washer/dryer are available but you need to buy your own laundry soap. I contemplated using them but didn't bother. - there seems to be renovation happening in the building during my stay as there was some rubbish in the front courtyard outside the apartment. I suppose those are temporary & didn't really affect my stay but it wasn't pleasing to look at. I just passed by it and ignored it. - Pricey, but that's Copenhagen in general.

Central location but basic accommodation.

The location was central, making the city centre and all attractions easily accessible.

The accommodation was fairly basic and extras extremely limited. For example no washing up liquid or shampoo/shower gel. The storage in the bedrooms was also sorely lacking with a cupboard (shelved) in only one of the three rooms.

Beautiful time in Copenaghen

We spent our Easter holidays in this beautiful flat. The flat is so beautiful and the room are big with a lot of space. The staff that manage the apartment were so helpful and kind with us.

The only thing is that the flat is at the fourth floor without lift 😅

Excellent stay in the heart of the city

Excellent location, close to metro station and walkable to many shops and restaurants. Great communication from the host. It was very nice to have a washer and dryer for our clothes, as well as two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We had plenty of space for our family of four.

Spacious well-equipped apartment on a relatively quiet street very close to all the action.

Great location near shops and restaurants and parks. A playground right outside the door was a bonus for the kids. And the cafe next door was delightful.

I wish we had known that there was no elevator. This made it difficult for one of our older family members.

Large Flat in a great location that exceeded expectations. Perfect family stay.

Location was fantastic. 5 minutes to public transportation, less to restaurants. Shopping nearby. The flat was much bigger than we expected. Two large bedrooms with incredibly comfortable beds. The room with bunkbeds was smaller but adequate. There was a crib too. The flat had a large living room, well stocked kitchen, large dining table. There were two large bathrooms. This flat would be very comfortable for 6 adults, but could easily do more if they slept in the living room. Again, this far exceeded my expectations. The communication before we arrived was very good- clear, timely and personal. We would 100% stay there again. Small soaps provided. Nice linens. Bakery just outside the door. Strong wifi. Safe area. Good heat.

In all seriousness, the only thing that could have been better was an additional small trash bin in the bathroom. Everything else was perfect. I can't say anything negative.

Grosse, aber teure Ferienwohnung, leider technisch nicht absolut zuverlässig.

Grosse Wohnung, allerdings mit suboptimaler Raumaufteilung: Küche nimmt unnötig viel Platz ein, dafür fallen 2 Schlafzimmer klein und mit kaum Stauraum aus. Alles sehr sauber angetroffen.

Am Sonntagnachmittag wurden wir vom Schliesssystem ausgesperrt. Erst der Einsatz eines Servicetechnikers vor Ort für den Austausch der Batterie des Schlosses konnte das Problem lösen - das war nervig, zeitraubend und hat für uns Folgekosten ausgelöst. Etwas mehr Kontrolle der elektronischen Schliesssysteme hätte das sicher verhindern können? Der Wasserdruck für das Warmwasser in der vorderen Dusche war minimal, das entsprach nicht dem Standard der Wohnung. Irgendwo ein Schrank mit Kleiderbügel für das Hängen von Kleidern hätten wir geschätzt. Die Wohnung wäre gross genug dafür.

Lejligheden fungerer godt og ligger meget centralt i en pæn bydel.

Pænt, rent, gode senge, 2 badeværelser, rent og nyt kølefryseskab. Stort fjernsyn i stuen.

Ingen elevator. Mangler et spejl på badeværelset. Værelse med køjeseng var lidt for lille. Mange pletter på sofa og gulvtæpper.

Horrible ruido, especialmente por la noche

La ubicación y el apartamento estaban bien pero un problema convirtió la estancia en una pesadilla.

Había un ruido continuo durante las 24 horas. Por la noche era imposible conciliar el sueño. Nos quejamos y no nos dieron ninguna solución. Nos avisaron dos dias antes de llegar de que lleváramos tapones para los oídos porque la zona era bulliciosa. La realidad ha sido bien distinta. La zona es muy tranquila y no hay ruido del exterior. Tan solo el ruido generado por unos golpes continuos, al parecer provinientes de alguna tuberia. Esto ha hecho nuestra estancia insoportable a pesar de los tapones, especialmente por las noches.

Appartamento ampio e spazioso con tutti i confort, ottima posizione in centro città a due passi dalla torre di Copenaghen e le principali attrazioni. Silenzioso e luminoso, con una cucina attrezzata. Molto apprezzata la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice per chi viaggia con bambini piccoli è un plus. Appartamento pulito con due bagni dotati di doccia.

Grande appartamento pulito e confortevole per un soggiorno in centro

Posizione molto centrale per girare la città. Nei giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato, c'è stato molto silenzio ed abbiamo riposato bene.

Potrebbero essere aggiunti alcuni appendini in bagno ed armadi nelle stanze per un maggiore comfort nella gestione degli articoli da bagno e vestiti, ma comunque è un piccolo dettaglio

VIAJE EN FAMILIA 8 PERSONAS

Fuimos 6 adultos y dos niñas. Nos alojamos en el apartamento del segundo piso, sin ascensor, pero se sube bien. El piso es muy amplio y cómodo ya que tiene dos baños completos (uno de acceso general y otro dentro de una habitación), dos habitac de matrimonio, una habitación con litera, sofá cama y una cocina muy amplia con dos hornos, nevera nueva, y un montón de utensilios para cocinar. Estuvimos de lunes a viernes y no escuchamos ni un ruido. El edificio se encuentra dentro de un patio, y al portal se accede por una plaza bastante tranquila (al menos durante lo días de semana y un festivo de pascua que nos coincidió). Salón cómodo para toda la familia, con TV grande con posibilidad de ver Prime y Netflix. Se encuentra en pleno centro, con un supermercado Netto al lado, y puedes ir caminando a todas partes en especial con los niños y gente mayor. Al lado del portal se encuentra un bar, silencioso al menos los días que estuvimos. Mensajería inmediata con la propiedad. Importante: cuando se reserve este piso, en especial Cuando vayamos con niños o con personas de movilidad reducida, debemos verificar a qué altura se encuentra porque tiene 4 plantas y no tiene ascensor.

Como propuesta de mejora: instalar en el baño una mampara para evitar l salida de agua y la instalación de un par de armarios para poder dejar la ropa. La entrada de la escalera debería estar más ordenada ya que se usa como almacén de elementos de limpieza y restos de reparaciones del edificio. Por el precio del apartamento deberían cuidarse esos detalles. A pesar de esto merece la pena reservar el apartamento.

De ligging is perfect, op korte afstand van metro, trein en bus, winkels, restaurants en bezienswaardigheden. Verder is het een licht en ruim appartement.

Jammer dat de 3e slaapkamer van het app. op de 4e verdieping een stapelbed heeft en geen raam wat open kan voor frisse lucht, ook zijn er geen gordijnen wat er voor zorgt dat het ‘s morgens vanaf 05.00 erg licht is in de kamer. Niet ideaal voor kinderen… Verder was de badkamer aangrenzend aan de slaapkamer niet voorzien van een spiegel, onhandig. En het toilet staat schuin richting een douchewand wat zorgt dat je niet goed recht op het toilet kan zitten.

Skøn lejlighed med god beliggenhed. Lejligheden passer godt til en gruppe og vi nød at kunne slappe af i stuen og spise morgenmad sammen. Godt indrettet. Dog oplevede vi en nærmest konstant lave bankelyde, hvilket dog ikke forstyrrede nattesøvnen.
