Great Location and clean apartment but there is no elevator

Location and the apartment was great.

There is no elevator to go up to the 3rd floor. It was very difficult for us to carry so many luggage to the 3rd floor

Excellent location but very noisy

The location is by far the best thing about this flat. It's just a block from the city hall and from the main pedestrian street and it couldn't be more conveniently located for the sights of Copenhagen.

We hadn't understood how very noisy it was going to be. The flat is near a bell tower that goes off very loudly every 15 minutes until midnight. Although the host left ear plugs for us, we still could hear the noise from the bell tower (and also from the loud guests who stayed in the other flat), and this meant that we couldn't sleep. In the end, we gave up and just stayed up until after midnight each night, but this meant we were all exhausted and grumpy. Honestly, if we had understood about the sound levels, we wouldn't have chosen this flat, despite the location.

Loved it!

The property was in an excellent location, very comfortable for a family of 4 adults. However, as the owner states, there are 3 flights of stairs to carry bags up & down, this is properly the only concern you need to understand. We managed & loved the place

Stairs, but this is common Europe. Especially in city centre where this accomodation was & ideal for location

The owner is absolutely lovely, but the apartment disappoints except for the location.

The location is wonderful.

The keys are tricky to use in old locks. It's great to be so close to the Town Hall, but the chiming of the click is a bit intrusive. The furniture is awkward; the ceiling beams are low, so banged heads and kicked toes are frequent. More attention needs to be brought to the fact that the apartment is on the 3rd floor. If you're an older traveller with a 20kg suitcase, 45 steps up a winding staircase is a real deal breaker.

Wonderful!!!!

Everything was perfect in every way. The location was excellent, just under a 10-minute walk from the station, and it only took about 25 minutes to get there from the airport. The room was incredibly spacious—we stayed with four people, and it was big enough to have a party. It had all the furniture and kitchenware we needed, and everything was spotless. The host, Trine, was always easy to reach and kindly agreed to things like storing our luggage. She is truly a wonderful person.

Fantastic experience!

The flat was in a convenient location for walking to shops, restaurants, train and metro stations and tourist sites. Flat was comfortable and favorable for a long stay.

The tower clock was audible, but I got used to it with the help of ear plugs.

Loud church bells

Do not book if anyone in your party is tall! There is a 5foot 5 beam that you will hit your head on! The church bell is very loud and is every 15 mins from 8AM to midnight and it will wake you up!

Well equipped and good location

Beds were comfortable. I loved the swing . Relaxing. Old building with character. Everything I needed was there. Spacious.

Lovely stay in cool Copenhagen.

Quirky and brilliant little place right in the heart of Copenhagen. Amazingly close to everything and a really comfortable little pad. Certainly better than getting a hotel family room! It’s comfortable and a decent enough size for a couple or small family with a couple kids. Beds are all very comfortable. However it’s the location which is key here. Down the stairs and you’re in the heart of all the action right outside the front door. We had a great time and Trine was very helpful during the booking. Thank you.

Fantastic location! Charming property! Great host

First has to be the location. It is so centrally located that you can walk to any of the major attractions. Next it is the charm of the place. It's located on the 3rd floor of one of the oldest buildings. It retains some of the old world charm while being suitably modern.

Pretty much everything was great. However this is an old building so the stairs are quite narrow. The place also had some low beams so something for very tall people to watch out for.

Warm, comfortable, clean and ideal for our long weekend visit to Copenhagen. Situated close to a metro station, this central apartment couldn’t have been better in our opinion for our first visit to the city. Will be returning soon

The perfect home from home for a girls trip to Copenhagen.

This is such a perfect place to stay in Copenhagen. Beautifully presented apartment with plenty of space for the four of us. Very comfortable beds, lovely touches like extra pillows and blankets available if needed. All amenities thought of ahead of time. Can’t wait to come back to this beautiful city & I’ll be sure to stay here again!

Cosy stay in the heart of the city.

Brilliant location -right in the centre but you didn’t feel downside of that. Super clean - very welcoming - cosy vibe. Really nice neighbourhood & very responsive host.

The building works next door started really early - the provided earplugs were very useful for that! We liked the bells. The flat was very warm but it’s an old building and on the 3rd floor so it wasn’t a surprise & there is a fan.

The location is amazing, we just walked everywhere for the week we were there. The beds were really comfortable.

The shower didn't drain well at all so we felt we had to keep showers really short and/or turn it off during showering which was a little bit frustrating.

Perfect location for this quirky apartment

The room has a perfect location, near a lot of amenities, shops and the metro. Everything was easily accessible and despite being in the centre on Copenaghen, it was quiet at night. We realised our hairdryer was not working and the owner replaced it in no time. There are some very nice plants around the room and plenty glasses/plates/cutlery in the kitchen

It would have been great to have a couple extra hand towels for the bathroom and more toilet paper. There are some pipes that run around the room's walls and next to the beds which can get pretty hot at times and you might accidentally touch those while sleeping. The room is located on the third floor so it can be a little difficult if you have lots of luggages or small children but it didn't bother us much.

The location was the definition of perfect. You couldn’t get any more central than this. The entire city is on your doorstep. The crazy thing is - you can’t hear anything from the city below! You are genuinely in an Oasis in the heart of the city.
