Our stay in the apartment was great because it was so clean and so central but there was obviously some draw backs

The property was very clean and in a very central location only a few minutes from the metro. The apartment is located on a street with clubs and bars that are open till very late all things considered the apartment is very quiet but you can hear a bit of music.

The apartment hasn’t got the best access as you enter through 2 sets of staircases and a courtyard making it quite difficult to get through with large luggage or a pram for family with kids. We also found a homeless man sleeping inside the building hallway when we were leaving for breakfast one morning which was quite scary. We were told he often sleeps there and that he’s safe though.

It was very noisy from having wooden floor boards so you could hear everything from chairs being scraped along the floor and people walking to water running from showers upstairs . Nothing to do with it being near pubs etc .

The location is really good, it is next to the city hall and metro and you can almost walk anywhere. Also very close to the metro to the airport. Also the stuff is really friendly and answering fast at almost any time, dealing with any problem or concern.

My mark for the apartment is just good, a 6/10, not notable (7-8) or excellent (9-10), I would even say just suficient like 5.5, I do not understand people saying 7-8 as it is now. Mainly because the apartment is really old and it already requires to change windows, floor and to install a real shower. Not the prebuild plastic module which is very annoy to use if you are taller than 180cm. Also there is A LOT of noice from the bars in the street (which would be solved with good insulation from new windows). Also the apartment is rated for four people but one room has no closet or any place to store cloths or anything and the livingroom/kitchen is too small for 4, maximum 3 (3 chairs). Just by changing the windows, shower, new floor (or at least paint because it looks dirty but it is marks) and storage in the room the apartment would be high notable (8) or even excellent (9).

OK but would not recommend it to others - a hotel would have been better value

location was excellent and quite a charming property

The apartment was as described, but a few aspects of the stay were frustrating. The inability to leave luggage before check-in was inconvenient, particularly as I had asked about early check-in when booking and was told it wasn’t possible. I later received a message close to the date suggesting earlier access might be available, but I missed seeing it while travelling. More proactive or earlier communication on this would have helped. The recommendation to use LuggageHero was appreciated in theory, but not especially helpful in practice — it would have been better to provide clear directions to the nearest storage location, as navigating the app while on the move was not easy. I ended up having to pay twice as the initial location I booked was not convenient. Access to the apartment was also quite difficult with heavy luggage, as there were multiple flights of stairs and no lift. Overall, while the apartment itself was fine, clearer communication and more practical guidance around check-in and luggage would have made the experience smoother. The luggage issue was so frustrating that in future I will choose to stay in a hotel. For the cost of the apartment I would have expected that tea/ coffee would be provided - disappointing.

Great central location. Really easy to get to all the main tourist attractions from here. Felt nice and tucked away at the same time. Very clean condition.

No area to sit together in the property apart from the kitchen which was a little tight on space. Shower would be unusable for someone over 5 foot 10.

There er was a leak from the shower so the hole floor got wet in the apartment. Our suitcase got wet and our stuff on the floor. Our 2 night vacation was ruined by waiting the whole day for someone to come and fix the leak. After that the leak was still a problem and again everything was wet. Our weekend in Copenhagen was ruined!!! We didn’t even get our money back. we would NEVER recommend this place for anybody. Lot of stairs so if you have a lot of luggage it is not a good place.

Apartment was too low, much lower than what it seemed online, more stairs than expected with someone with hip replacement. This wasn’t clear from the start. Smell wasn’t great and overall facilities were poor and some window collectors were broken making a feeling of unsafeness.

Honestly the worst place I have stayed.

There is nothing that I liked about this. One of the bedrooms had no door and so no privacy. The shower was unsealed and flooded any time it was used to the point where it was not possible to shower.

The entire stay and how it was managed. None of the issues were resolved and we were stuck with no sanitation for the stay. The owners did not address anything and even the response from Booking.com was unhelpful with several inconsistencies. To make matters worse, the owners then said they would give me a refund, but only if I gave them a good review. Screenshot in the pictures.. This whole debacle has made me question the quality of booking.com for managing issues that could potentially pose a danger. Do not stay here. The location is good, and copenhagen is great. But this place is terrible.

Great location Communication with landlord - we had a big problem with leaking shower, they were willing to help, unfortunatelly we couldn't cooperate since we were too busy. At least we got more towels for removing the leaking water and we got a refund which was a fair compensationn for our troubles

The location was awesome and very easy to book and find. It had everything we needed, body wash, refrigerator, kitchen and perfect for 4 people who don’t want to be far away from each other

Nice location in a beautiful city center setting. Uncomplicated access to the flat. Competent and friendly staff and organisation.

Due to the location in the 4rth floor on the hot summerday, we had to open the windows during the night. The noise from other people talking on their balconies was annoying as well as the noise of the garbagebins that were emptied in the courtyard in the morning at 6:00 a.m. The kitchen furniture is of low quality and a bit demolished, the window-frames could be cleaned, the mirror in the bathroom should be attached to the wall and not only stand on the sink. It would be better not to step on a wet floor from cleaning when entering the bathroom the first time.

The location was very good and the overall cleanliness of the apartment was good.

The apartment photographs shown on Booking did not correspond to the one where we stayed. They are photographs of various apartments and we were disappointed with what we found. The shower cabin in the bathroom is very small and the entire apartment has a very low ceiling.

It was dirty, especially the bathroom with poor shower and toilet. Mirror not attached to the wall, extra pump to get water flow in the shower. There was a broken frying pan in the kitchen. The room is located in the attic, without the possibility of adjusting the windows. You have to get through the second front building to get to the right one, which is not in the information.

Ideal location to explore the center of Copenhagen! Comfortable beds

We accidentally didn't book the appartement of our choice but that was our mistake. Have a good look before booking as there are 4 different apartements. Apartment was clean and warm and the bedrooms are cosy. Renovation finishing level could/should be a bit higher. We had a 2 bedroom appartement with only a small table (for 2!) in a small kitchen. We missed a couch (or maybe a sofa bed in one of the two rooms) to sit on. Les important but still ... no presence of coffee machine, hair dryer or TV..

Absolutely horrible.

Honestly speaking, we did not like nor enjoy a single thing about this property. The only convenient thing was its location.

Everything! On the whole, would definitely NOT recommend this place to anybody ever in my life. Firstly, we were made to believe that the car park would be very very close to the apartment - we even assumed it came with its own parking. Found out that it was a 15-minute walk away - if we would have known this then would have booked a hotel for sure. Secondly, the sofa "bed" was the most uncomfortable thing you could ever sleep on. The mattress is as thin as paper - we felt the wooden planks dig into our ribs and spine the whole night and did not sleep at all, ended up waking up in the morning in pain. Had to put the "mattress" on the floor the next night in an attempt to actually try to get some sleep. The sofa was also full of stains - as was the carpeted floor. The "wardrobe" was a water pipe hung from the ceiling - allowing you to hang just a few items. Otherwise, you must keep everything in your luggage. The wifi was broken and did not work for the first 2 nights - a technician had to come and fix it during the day. Replies via message here took too long - not very friendly to be honest. We had even requested a paid late checkout to be able to keep our luggages, however, the reply took almost 12 hours, so we decided not to use their service. Very very disappointed. If we could have left to find somewhere else to stay, we would have. Would definitely recommend reading the other negative reviews to get a complete picture of the disastrous apartment.

Amazing

The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Copenhagen. Lots of eateries all around and metro stops a short walk away. The apart itself is amazing. Lots of room and easy to get into with a keyless entry system. The bed is the biggest and most comfortable we have ever slept in.

Absolutely nothing!! We would not hesitate in coming here again.
