Right in the middle of everything

The location, spaciousness, cleanliness. The host was very helpful and always available. The apartment is right on a busy street but the soundproofing of the windows is excellent.

The central heating doesn't work and there are electrical heaters that aren't sufficient for the big rooms. It was quite cold. Other than that, we had no issues.

Nice big, apartment in a central location

Nice big apartment, in a very good location. Although it was central, there was not a lot of noise. The beds were soft and comfortable. There was a big tv at the living room, a big corner sofa and a big round dinertable with 8 chairs. There was a lot o room everywhere. It was hot, too. A veey nice apartment in general.

I would give all the stars but there were 1-2 things I didn't like. First the soap for the hands was almost empty and finished at once. And there was sampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Conditioner finished at once, too. Although there was coffee maker for filter coffee there was no sugar, no coffee. So be prepared to buy this things. My son was injured to the knee at the bathroom and he needed 4 stiches. There was no first aid kit. (Prodably this isn't obligatory but it would have been very helpful if it existed) For the end, I received a message the last day saying that I should leave until 11 am but I could ask for late departure. But when I asked if I could leave one hour later the answere was that I should have told more than 24h earlier. So why did they even bother to ask? Do keep this in mind

We couldn’t ask for a better location,everything is near (Tivoli,nyhavn,train)very nice,cozy and comfortable house.

Maybe needed some more towels (it had one big per person) it would be nice to have one more for head and one for the bathroom for the floor.. And at the check out we wake up at 06:00 to catch our flight and we informed that we had to clean the dishes and return furniture to their position (which mean two armchairs turning to beds we put it to the living room cause we were four)🫩but that was a drop in the ocean,everything was great..

Avoid at all costs

Absolutely avoid booking this apartment at all costs, as well as any apartment under the Nest Copenhagen group. The customer service has been appalling (check other Google reviews too). There are serious concerns regarding health, safety, and proper maintenance. The main issue, among many others, was a severe fruit fly infestation. We are talking about thousands of flies (see the photos uploaded). The property managers failed to meet us in person and instead sent a “cleaner” who didn’t even inspect the fly issue, and simply offered to vacuum the property. They sent an engineer to fix the washing machine (another maintenance concern as it seemed to have been clogged for a while) which backed up dirty water into the sink- he was shocked at how bad the infestation was, but provided no help. Every single room was affected. We had to take the initiative ourselves to set traps in an attempt to lure them away. We couldn’t eat in the apartment at all without flies landing on us or our food. The entire reason we booked this apartment was so we could dine in to accommodate our four small infants. They offered us another apartment to move into, but with four little ones, it was completely impractical to pack up and relocate—especially considering we were only staying a few days and daylight hours were limited. It would have taken several hours to pack, transport and unpack everything to the new place, with no guarantee that the alternate apartment was properly maintained. We communicated this multiple times to the property managers, but it was like talking to a brick wall (or a team relying on AI to generate responses…). The same “solution” which we said was inadequate. I must’ve spent an hour a day speaking to them/ taking new photos/ sharing video… To reiterate: no one from management came to inspect the property or speak with us in person.

The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of the city, with everything I needed just a short walk away. It was also very easy to get to, with convenient transport links nearby.

⭐ 1/5 Unfortunately, our experience with this apartment was very disappointing. We had a late check-in, and upon arrival, we discovered that the building was still under construction, which was never mentioned in the listing. The apartment was advertised as a 5-bedroom place suitable for up to 10 people, but in reality, we only had 3 bedrooms and 3 beds to share among 8 guests. This was completely unacceptable. When we confronted the host, he denied that we had booked a 5-bedroom apartment, even though our booking confirmation clearly stated that it was. The photos in the listing were misleading — we did not receive the same apartment shown online. Instead, the host sent us a video showing how to turn a small couch into a bed, claiming it could sleep two people. The couch was tiny and barely suitable for one person. We contacted Booking support, and although they tried to help, no real solution was found. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this property to anyone until the listing accurately reflects the actual apartment and the host provides what is promised.

Need improvement on shower area - shower mat towel due getting wet floor outside shower curtain. There are wet floor when need toilet or sink area. There is no mop around. Need more explain about recycling and more recycling bins/boxes with labels.

Nice flat on a shopping street

Location was great. We stayed on a flat on the first floor. It was spacious. We were given a crib and high chair. Kitchen appliances were in good shape. There were all necessary things like dish washer tablets etc.

Cleanliness could be better. There were stains on sheets and towels.

Great location, very comfortable beds and the kitchen was very well stocked with plates, mugs, cutlery etc to make our stay more comfortable. Bedrooms were a great size with really comfy beds and a lovely open plan area for our group of 7 to chill and chat.

The shower water can go outside of the shower area so it makes the rest of the bathroom quite wet and needs to be moped.

Overall it was nice

location was great.During our stay, someone from the management called and asked if everything was fine with the apartment, so it was a nice gesture.

There were some rules to take out our trash, so we tried to follow the rules but the wastebins were at the basement, and both the wastebins and the basement all together were very filthy and sticky😵‍💫 Also, it would be nice if they put extra towels in case of need.

Code shared with other guests - no security - people entering apartment at night

Location

We had a stranger enter our apartment at 21:30 due to the company sharing a master code. No locks on the inside and code didn't change so man could enter any time during our stay. Security and safety breached. We had a baby present - no help provided by costumer service. Cleanliness was poor and not enough chairs provided so everyone could not sit and have a meal together.

Warmful and friendly host, and a great location

The apartment is in a great location. Its position is truly excellent. Unless you’re planning to go to distant areas, you can reach many parts of the city using the rental bikes available nearby. The host is genuinely attentive and caring. The apartment is quite spacious, with two bedrooms that are well-separated from each other. Paid parking options nearby can be used for a car. I think the aparment is very quiet. So i just couldnt understand the negative reviews about noise.

Not that clean, could see stains on the bed we weren’t using and the stairs were dusty. It was only furnished to the absolute minimum which made it not feel homely, eg no coffee table, no bedside tables

Didn't actually stay in this apartment as they had double booked it when we arrived

The apartment was double booked when we got there. We were on the phone for over an hour trying to resolve it. Eventually they put us up in another apartment further outside of town meaning we now had to use public transport each day. To make matters worse, we could not stay at this alternative apartment for the full duration of our trip, we had to move to another apartment (that was not booked) for the final night. This host has stopped responding to messages and answering the phone since we have got back home. Would not recommend. Do not use

After arriving the flat i found out big yellow stain in the middle of mattress for the sofa bed, it was disgusting and i believe that someone peed on it. (pls see attached pic) I called the host and they said sorry and will be sorted but we stayed there 2 nights, they were unable to send new mattress therefore i had to sleep wooden plate during my stay. As soon as i checked out someone works for the property called Tristian called me for apology and he said they are happy to refund some amount as long as if i leave them 10 star review on booking. To do that i had to review first then send them screenshot and i did that on the same (pls see attached pic) Although i called the property many times they did not send any refund and kept lying to me saying that someone will contact me from the finance dep. but it never happened I have been doing all my hotel bookings on booking.com however i never ever experienced anything like this therefore you better to stay away from this property as you do not know what you will encounter.

We would definitely stay here again. Gorgeous apartment in a gorgeous city.

The apartment was beautiful. Very Scandinavian with beautiful floors in a PERFECT location. We could walk easily to shopping and all the stores. Communication with the management company was excellent, and they were so kind. When we wrote asking if there were wine glasses or a toaster available, they delivered wine glasses and a sandwich maker the next day. It was very sweet. There is a good sized fridge and freezer, and the kitchen has most everything you would need. We loved how all the windows open as well. Apartment looks just like the photos!

Keep in mind a few things: There is only one bathroom, so if you have 8 people staying there like we did, you will have to schedule around that. if you are bringing many suitcases, just keep in mind that there is no lift. There is no light by the shower and toilet, only one above the sink, which makes it a little dark there. Would be helpful if they could add one.

The appt was not finishend. No bed lanps, one room had no lights at all, washing machine in the middle of bathroom, parking and getting there is a puzzle. Maintenance stuff in the hallway Watter in shower and sink was not getting away. Taking a proper shower was impossible. This must have been seen by cleaners. Obviously they do not care. After reproting twice we could not take a proper shower, they promised twice t come over to fix this. On the third day one came, but only wanted to fix a bulb lamp we did not report.. Comfort level is low in relation to it’s price.
