Easy check in. Right in the heart and close to metro and sites. Up a few flights of stairs is almost unavoidable but no elevator so must be aware. We stayed in a 2 bedroom and it was perfect. Full kitchen. I would have liked it if a few items such as salt and pepper and olive oil were stocked. Appreciated the nespresso pods though.

Perfect location for walking to major sites. Lots of room to spread out and beds comfortable. The apartment is a bit dark and sterile but the location and size makes up for the lack of decor.

I stayed here on a trip with my teen daughter to visit my college aged daughter who was studying abroad. The location was excellent being a block away from a central subway system and near many bikes for rent to tour around Copenhagen. Location was touristy with lots of places for photos and restaurants. The apartment was clean but had a little weird layout with a very large hallway area, kitchen was small (we didn't cook) and bathrooms were tiny. There was only one shower but with just the two of us, it was adequate. My college aged daughter only stayed with us one night and she was on the pull out couch but I'd say that with the bathroom situation, I'd only recommend 3-4 max people who know each other well to stay together.

We had a great stay at this apartment! It was spotless and extremely comfortable, with two spacious rooms and a convenient sofa bed. The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need, even though we didn’t use it. The location was perfect—just a few steps from restaurants and shops, making everything super accessible. The person in charge was very helpful and attentive. We arrived before the official check-in time, and he kindly allowed us to drop off our luggage, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

This apartment was very clean, comfortable, and in a prime location. The hosts were communicative and check-in was easy. Two caveats for travelers: 1) There's a spiral staircase and no elevator (that we found). It's a large staircase so not hard to climb, but it was a little challenging to carry large luggage up. 2) The beds, bedding and furniture were very comfortable and there is lots of extra bedding, but the apartment is a sparsely appointed and kitchen gear is very limited. We found it comfortable for a couple nights but if we were staying longer and planning to cook, it would not have been ideal for us. Overall it was a great home base for exploring a fun city and I would stay there again!

Great apartment in perfect location. Only downside was people upstairs were so noisy! It was like a herd of elephants were upstairs. Coffee provided which was lovely but be great to also provide tea. Good communication and helpful suggestions such as left luggage places (which we used) and places to eat etc.

We had a great stay here as a family. It’s a perfect base for exploring the city. Apartment was clean, modern, well laid out and just as the pictures show. The best bit about it is the location. With a few minutes walk you can be at Nyhavn, the Stroget, castles and the Metro station on a main square which was only a direct 15 min journey from the airport. Buka bakery a few doors down is a great stop for breakfast. Local area wasn’t too busy for a city centre. Would stay here again.

Be careful with unexpected cost! Daniel & Jacobs offered two hours of free luggage storage when booking through the link on their online guide book. It said nothing about hidden costs; it only said two hours free. In the booking, I was asked to enter my card details, but the price I had to pay was still 0 kr before handing in the luggage. To my great surprise, I was still charged over 300 kr when I picked up the luggage after 1.5 hours. I first called Daniel&Jabocs, but was met by a lady who said i had to e-mail. So i did, but i was told that this was offered by another company and not on their table. They could not help me. Do not expect any non hiddens cost with this company, or at least do not expect help to solve mistakes or misleading information from this company. We had a baby with us, which i dont recommend due to lots of dust on the floors. The houskeeping had not cleand under the funitures in the apartment. The rest was ok, good location.

The bad part is that limited service from this chain is expected, but ZERO flexibility shouldn't be the way to take care of customers. I requested check out extension, and they wanted to charge. They recommended a service from an app called luggage hero, I made the reservation with them and the place was closed at time to drop the luggage at 10:30, 30 minutes prior to check out time. I was sweetening, carrying three 23 kgs suitcases 4 stares down and in the streets, with a flight to catch at the end of the day, after 20 days traveling in Scandinavia. I called their emergency telephone number and the answer was: THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT IT. Therefore, customers should pray that everything ends up perfect with their stay because they are not helpful, having ZERO flexibility, even under this kind of circumstance. The apartment is well located and new, but has no view and ours was on the 4th floor with no elevator.

The apartment was great when travelling with small kids. It had a small kitchenette (no stove) to prepare quick and convenient breakfast and snacks. Location was amazing and central to all attractions. Would definitely stay here again.
