Highly recommended for anyone wanting to be right in the heart of Copenhagen.

Fantastic stay! The apartment has one of the best and most central locations in Copenhagen — Kongens Nytorv, Strøget, and Nyhavn are literally on your doorstep. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself was neat, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. It felt cosy and perfectly suited for a city break. The stairs are definitely a bit of a challenge, but the incredible location more than makes up for it.

Large and comfortable apartment , premium location with walkable access to amenities and sites.

Host provided us with a very organized and detailed check-in and check-out package. Location was great! Easy access and walkability to many sites. Metro and grocery nearby.

The garbage disposal area may have changed as it no longer looked like the pictures and may now be a restaurant. More garbage bins around apartment would be nice (we were travelling with a little one in diapers).

Very accesible, yet quiet once inside.

The location is right in the center of the shopping and tourist area. I liked that we coulf wqalk just about anywhere. The apartment wsa more spacious than imagined. I liked that the bathroom had 2 seperate areas.I liked thaty it has a small washer/dryer in the kitchen.

Great location! Was exactly what we needed for our short stay. Unit was very clean and well appropriated.

While I expected a staircase, the spiral staircase made it a bit more difficult. But the unit and location made it worth it!

Ordinary and overpriced

Central but v noisy at night with thumping music.

V uncomfortable old saggy beds. Kitchen useless. No cooktop. We are all 2m tall or taller. Anyone shorter could not reach the microwave, kettle and toaster. Only a sink, a full dishwasher, a fridge and no bench-space and literally nowhere other than in the sink to stand a plugged in toaster or kettle. Ridiculous. Quite grubby - had not been properly cleaned in a long time. Was very different to the photos.

Lovely stay, would visit again

Nice spacious apartment, incredibly well located for sightseeing in the city centre. Bedrooms were small but comfortable and kitchen was well-equipped. Great communication from hosts :)

Bedrooms weren't very big but we were out most of the time anyway so it didn't matter! Also the rest of the apartment was very spacious

Exceptional location and very comfortable stay.

The location was exceptional. It was very comfortable and a very good size. The rooms are large and beds were great. The bathroom was also a great size. The heaters were very warm too. The communication with the property was also beyond what I’d expect. They are very quick to respond and very helpful.

Nothing! It was all amazing. I would just say to be aware of a spiral staircase going up to the apartment but wasn’t too hard with suitcases.

A truly perfect stay in the heart of Copenhagen - with only a few minor glitches.

It’s location - it is in the city center. The online information pack the apartment provided was also super useful.

It is not a hotel - so they are not able to help with the luggage storage before check in and after check out. (You will need to find other providers - there are plenty to choose from) It was not very clean - we had to do a second round of cleaning ourselves after arrival. Also, the information shared in advance about access to the waste bins downstairs were out of date.

This is a self serve apartment. You climb up 2 flights of stairs on a spiral staircase and enter a code to get the keys. The walk up really isn’t that bad especially if you have carry on suitcases but large bulky suitcases could be challenging. The location is the best thing. The apartment is in the restaurant district and around the corner from Nyhavn. Stroget is a hop away and everything you need to visit is no more than 20 mins. If you need to go further the metro is 4 min away.

First, the apartment wasn’t clean until 1530 which left us waiting on the stairs. They were very apologetic about this. Second, the bathroom is very very basic. For example, they didn’t include any bath soap. Just shampoo and hand soap. Third, the lack of air conditioning was tough in a hot summer. We opened the windows but then the noise outside was very difficult to sleep through. For some, however, this isn’t a problem. Lastly, there was no stove…just a microwave.

Excellent location and very well organised in terms of checkin but can get noisy due to location.

Beds were very large and comfortable.

To be expected with the location but on the Friday and Saturday evening there is a lot of street noise into the early hours. Travelling with kids I also hadn’t appreciated there was no oven or cooker in the apartment. Only a microwave which made preparing food for the kids difficult.
