Property Location ; Size of the property ; comfort at the property. Ideal for a large family stay.

1.The Lift at the apartment / building is not upto the mark. there were glitches in the door closure at the ground level. 2.Google Maps guidance in locating the property is little confusing ( it takes you to the Opposite Building ). 3. Communication on Booking & Access is only thro email . ( It is more convenient - Whatsapp is to be included ). 4. Waitime on call for assistance with the call facility is little longer.

Self catering but plenty of shops and cafes nearby. Great central location

Some neighbours at the back of the property had an all night party Saturday night and the music was literally blasting until 8am Sunday morning.

It was very clean and I really liked that it had 4 bedrooms because there were 7 of us.

Living room furniture was a bit worn out so it should be replaced. I think small touches like water in the fridge and more comfortable chairs to sit in would go along way.

Here are some suggestions to make it be better: - a bit run down, needs a refresh and serious deep cleaning - shower curtains have soap scum/mold on the bottom - sinks do not have stoppers and the rims had dark rings around - could use more dishwashing tablets - more than 1 roll of paper towels - not well equipped kitchen; no wisk, spatula, exhaust fan in the doesn’t work - Main light switches only work one way; all or nothing in the living room/dining room area - one of the bathrooms floor is uneven & edge is unfinished (tripping hazard) - dishwasher door scraps against the wall - no washer and dryer - outer elevator door doesn’t properly which meant going all the down 5 flights of stairs to bring it up
