Great location. Responsive host. Lots of milk and coffee. Nice decor. Very large space.

Lots to improve on for this possibly new accommodation, starting with adding a lot more detail into the property description. Firstly the property states there is free parking, from photos it looks to maybe have off street courtyard parking. Which it does, but when I clarified with the host it was not for our use and we were directed to paid street parking (after I had already booked the property with the assumption there was free parking). The check in process was not clearly provided and required a lot of clarification. We were still not provided with which lock box the key was stored in and had to try every box until we found which was one ours. The apartment is located in the basement of the property with no sound proofing between us and the floor above which is also not in the description. This unfortunately meant we could hear every single foot step and conversation from the apartment above us at all hours of the night. Also due to it being on the ground floor ventilation is not so easy and there are no fans etc. some windows did open but others could not be opened due their latches being stuck shut due to the security bars on the windows and these then being padlocked shut. There was a layer of dust across the bedding near the pillows possibly due to not having been used in quite some time. Lots of dust around the apartment and also a few holes in walls where reservations are not finished. The third bedroom also did not have its own light switch, so it was connected to the living room light switches at the front entry and could not be turned on/off individually. The shower is also attached to this bedroom which was inconvenient for the guests staying in that room when others wanted to shower.
