The location is in the heart of the tourist area making it easy to go around. The property was clean and spacious with good amenities.

Fantastisk fin leilighet med en helt perfekt beliggenhet! Midt i Nyhavn, med en 5 min gåtur til Strøget og andre severdigheter. Leiligheten har alt man måtte trenge for både et lengre og kortere opphold. Likte særlig godt de lyse rommene, med god høyde under taket, samt at det var mulig med privatliv i alle rom. Tok morgenkaffen enten på kjøkkenet med utsikt mot yrende liv i nyhavn, eller på balkongen med samme utsikten. Dette var prima, så om vi skal tilbake til Købehavn så vil vi 100% benytte oss av dette overnattingsstedet igjen!

THE GOOD Phenomenal location. Central and easy to find. Self check-in was seamless. Unbeatable views of the canal, bridge, and picturesque buildings. Very spacious with high ceilings and lots of windows that open. Good shower, and it was nice having 2 toilets. Both beds were large and comfortable, with higher quality bedding that was clean and fresh. Both bedrooms got nice and dark for sleeping. The temperature was comfortable and easy to adjust independently in each room. Kitchen was well outfitted with lots of dishes and all the appliances described. It was clean throughout, including dishware. It was a fantastic location for viewing the Santa Lucia kayak parade!

THE BAD TLDR: amazing apartment and location with EXTREMELY LOUD bar directly below The bar and restaurant directly below had VERY loud music, a DJ, and lots of people singing. On Thursday night, music stopped around 1030pm; Friday was loud until midnight; Saturday was the worst with DJ until midnight and other music until after 2. I did not appreciate being asked to respect “quiet hours after 9pm” when you can’t even hear yourself talk over the loud bar music. There was definitely some street noise, but that paled in comparison to the bar, which was sometimes so loud you could feel the music reverberating in the floor. The apartment always smelled mildly of fish or beef cooking in the restaurant. The stairs up were narrow and winding, and were crowded with leaking bags of recycling and extra chairs from the restaurant. In the kitchen there was lots of salt, pepper, and oil, but no sugar, tea, coffee, or coffee filters. While there were lots of cleaning supplies, there was no laundry detergent. The Internet was weak, spotty, slow, and did not reach throughout the apartment. The balcony had 5 cm of standing water, with cigarette butts floating, and never drained in the 3 days we were there. I realize nothing can be done to stop the music downstairs, but customers should be aware of this “feature” before booking. At the least, there should be earplugs available in the apartment instead of the box labeled “earplugs” being full of bars of soap. Despite all these complaints, the apartment was very nice and we would have overlooked everything else if it hadn’t been for the music after 11pm making it difficult to sleep
