Spread across two levels—a bright ground floor and a welcoming semi-basement—this spacious apartment offers the perfect balance of stylish social spaces and peaceful private retreats, making it an ideal choice for families, groups of friends, or business travelers.
Upon entering the ground floor, you'll step into a bright, open-plan living and dining area designed for gathering and relaxing. To your left is the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with premium cookware, quality cutlery, and everything you need to prepare meals with ease. The adjacent dining table comfortably seats six guests, creating the perfect setting for leisurely breakfasts, shared dinners, or planning the day's adventures.
Also on this level, you'll find two modern, full-sized bathrooms, thoughtfully finished with contemporary touches to ensure comfort and convenience for everyone. A spacious bedroom is also located on the ground floor, providing a quiet retreat just steps from the apartment's main living spaces.

The new “kissing bridge” across the main canal connects the area to Christianshavn and Christiania in a short walk.
Getting Around:
The metro stops at Kongens Nytorv which is at the other end of Nyhavn, 5 minutes away. From there the airport is a 13 min. train ride.
