Lovely pre Xmas break in a super city.

Location, apartment quality and Byron the host.

The two bars opposite was noisy, but it was Christmas so folks were enjoying themselves. I think staying during summer may be tough as the noise travelled and keeping windows open may disturb sleep.

The location was everything we needed from 7-eleven, coffee, various food options, bars, and easy transportation. The rooftop was beautiful even in the rain. The beds were comfy enough. The kitchen had everything to start and end the day. The stairs were worth the trip

Spectacular, and super-central

Most spectacular apartment, at the most central location, that we’ve ever seen.

Should have been clear in the description that it was 3.5, not 4, rooms - but not really an issue.

Perfect local for those wanting an inner city experience in Copenhagen with a roof top terrace.

You can walk anywhere and close to everything we wanted.

We weren’t bothered by it but the bar below stayed open late.

Great place to stay

Location was perfect, we had plenty of space, the place looks great and the host is very responsive and helpful. The beds were good. Everything we needed (coffee, tea, toiletries, bed linnen, household items, plenty of towels, ...) was provided for. The apartment was very clean. We also really appreciated being able to store our luggage there for a few hours after check out.

The water pressure and temperature in the showers were a bit unreliable. There is no lift but we were aware of that beforehand and managed just fine. The stairs are definitely doable.

Fabulous large apartment in a prime position in Copenhagen. Would highly recommend.

Great communication from the host for the beginning and flexible with our late check in request. Easy to find from directions given. The apartment was even more spacial than appeared in the pictures. Big rooms. Kitchen was really well stocked and everything you would need to eat in. Location was great for getting around Copenhagen. Comfy beds, lots of hot water and amazing views from the large terrace. Would highly recommend.

A few things need a little bit of updating in the apartment and you can hear people in the bars opposite on busy nights of the week. The triple glazing in the bedrooms was effective and as the bars are super friendly it was great to have them on our doorstep. The flat is up three flights of fairy steep stairs but definitely worth the climb.

Disappointment.

The location in the center made the visit easy. The space of the apartment was huge with a beautiful terrace. The decoration was very nice. The host understood our disappointment by suggesting a 50% discount on a next visit. Unfortunately he was not willing to reimburse part of the price we paid for the inconveniences we had during our stay.

The apartment is situated on the third floor with access through a narrow staircase. The website did not mention that there was no lift. We did not expect this as it is advertised as a luxury apartment. Although it was mentioned that the apartment is in the city center, we did not expect a bar with loud music and noise until late at night. The three showers did not work properly. The bathroom door could not be shut due to rotton wood at the bottom of the door. The tab in the kitchen was loose. A teabag for the first morning would have been appreciated. The different level between the floor of the hallway crossing the apartment and all the rooms could not be seen as in the same wooden floor. Although it shows on the pictures, it was very uncomfortable and hurt our feet. By our experience the apartment should not be advertised as " luxury" .

Perfect stay in Copenhagen

Everything was perfect for us! Byron met us when we arrived and showed us into the apartment. Everything was perfect, even the Christmas decorations haha! The location is amazing, and the space itself is great. Byron is easy to communicate with. Couldn’t fault it. Will definitely be booking again next time I am in Copenhagen.
