It was pricy for 1 night and the check in and check out time is not so great or flexible.

It was a pleasant apartment to stay with family and group of friends. It was spacious, clean and clear information provided. The furnitures are fresh.

The check in and out time. In at 16.00 and out at 11.00 it’s to late and early in my opinion. It should be more flexible in this regard. Another thing that is minor but worth mentioning is The closet that doesn’t have handles.

One room didn’t have any windows that could be opened, not so nice when you like fresh air :) In the other room you couldn’t open the door fully because the bed occupied most of the room. The sofa was also really small and could have used a sofa table.

This was an amazing stay, definitely a great stay for a large group of people.

I liked how easily accessible finding the apartment was and communication was great! The apartment was right in the heart of Copenhagen and less than a 10 minute walk from Nyhaven. The apartment was also very clean and had all the amenities (Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, washer/dryer) for us which was great!

Spacious apartment

The location. Close to shops and close to metro station. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped.

We already know there's no lift before booking so it wasn't a biggie.. But the apartment building looks new & yet no lift was built in. No drying/hanging rack. A drying/hanging rack would have been more convenient for clothes especially to family travelers who had been travelling for weeks..

The location of this property was amazing!!! You literally can’t fault that, it’s brilliant! The furnishings were also really nice and the kitchen was well equipped, although missing a wooden spoon! The apartment felt clean, open and spacious. It was also super quiet considering its location because it was off the street. It was easy to get into on arrival with the codes. The set up was really good. I would stay at this apartment again and recommend it to others.

The sink in the bathroom had very poor drainage, a big crack on it and looked quite dirty. Also the shower is lovely however the shower curtain was mouldy at the bottom so not great. The sink and shower curtain need replacing. Ideally the shower needs a screen to stop water getting all over the floor. I would also flag the sleeping situation. It says sleeps 4 but that’s a bit of a stretch as two people have to sleep on a sofa bed in the lounge and pack this away every morning which is a pain. It was fine for us as we were a family however this apartment would not be suitable for two couples as those sleeping in the lounge would have no privacy. As I said above I would still recommend this apartment due to location and the decor.

Fabulous!

The location was stunning, couldn’t have been any better! The property was absolutely fine, It had everything we needed. The shower was really good, the washing machine and tumble dryer were appreciated even though we didn’t need to use them.

It would have been good to have been able to open the windows properly. We could have if we had moved the rug.

The apartment is new and has a nice decoration.

Our check-in time was 4:00 PM. We requested an early check-in or at least a place to drop off our bags. We were told we couldn't leave our bags because they didn't have room, and that early check-in was only possible at 1:00 PM, with a surcharge of 500 Danish kroner (€70). They were friendly in the exchange, but it definitely came out as too expensive. We paid €1,100 for three nights, plus the €70. Upon leaving the apartment, we were asked to clean and mop everything. The room was very, very small; the double bed barely fit. The other two sleeping spaces are directly on the sofa. They left a bad taste in our mouths by charging us that amount for early check-in — it was a shame.

We loved how central the apartment was in a super exciting and vibrant area of Copenhagen. We were completely in walking distance to everything. And what a fantastic bakery right on the corner nearby ... awesome! It was also good that we were warned well in advance about the 3 flights of stairs (no lift) so were ready for the bag carrying required. The apartment had everything you could possibly need and was extremely comfortable - both beds and couch. We'd definitely stay there again.

Great location-very central and easy to walk to the main sights. Close to a metro so easy to get to/from airport. Apartment itself clean, spacious and comfortable. Beds very comfortable. Excellent communication from owners to making sure everything was fine. Super easy check in.

It didn’t bother me too much but important to note you have to walk up three flights of stairs to apartment (ie. no lift) so not suitable if unfit/mobility issues

Very centrally located apartment in Copenhagen. Close to most things – the pedestrian street Strøget, tourist attractions, metro, etc. Located in a not particularly charming but pleasantly quiet backyard.

If you need to use the sofa bed, it is not recommended to choose this apartment, as the sofa bed is absolutely terrible. Additionally, the apartment has no drawers, closet space, clothing rack, or similar for storing luggage and clothes, which is inconvenient.

The AC wouldn’t work. As there was a sunroof in the unit, we had to sleep in 28-30 degree Celsius temperatures every night. The rugs were also dusty.

It's really beautiful apartment with all equipment you need, good wifi, excellent location.

It was too hot inside, like around 30-33 degrees Celsius, while outside 15-18, I felt like in sauna, it's not possible to stay inside, even with all open windows and doors, maybe this due to window in a roof, Idk, but 3rd floor is definitely very challenging option for summer time, it was hot inside in a morning, during the day, in the evening, during the night, I couldn't sleep, and woke up few days in a row at 5am because of abnormal sweating due to high temperature inside. Maybe some air conditioner could solve this problem.

Perfect, brilliant, outstanding

This property is absolutely perfect. You step out into the city center, it’s clean, big enough for 5 people, comfortably. The staff was also very welcoming and offered help whenever we may have needed it. Views from the apartment window are below. It’s in a little hidden courtyard that is so peaceful, but beyond that courtyard is the direct city center!

Best location and apartment, worth every penny

The apartment was amazing, so spacious, large bedrooms and bathroom. Has hairdryer and washing machine. Large kitchen with lots of utensils, large diningroom, sittingroom with TV. Brilliant location, beside the Metro, restaurants and lots and lots of shops. So easy to get around for sight seeing from this location.

We would have loved a microwave for conveniency and a frying pan. We used the oven but took a while to figure out.

We booked this apartment for a 4-day stay for 3 people, knowing there is a bed and a sofa. The bed was sinkingly soft while the sofa was stiff and no topper or soft cushioning were provided. I asked the staff for a topper but they didn’t provide any. So in terms of comfort that might be a good option for a couple but not for 3-4 people. there were also no capsules for a washing machine and a diahwasher. Finally, the walls need a bit of washing

How nice to arrive at an apartment that supplies things like cooking oil, salt and pepper - in contrast to so many that don’t, forcing you to carry around your own supplies which are constantly at risk of spilling, leaking or tipping over . . . The apartment is at the end of a courtyard and therefore quiet, conveniently located opposite a large department store with a supermarket in the basement. It is walkable from the train station and many of the sights that most visitors want to see, so it is a good choice. The ground floor (2 bedrooms, bathroom) is a tight arrangement with not much room but upstairs is more spacious. I do not like to write overly negative reviews, but in this case I wish to provide a caution to others - and a warning to the operators. We were staying for 5 days and were provided with the smallest amount of dishwashing liquid possible. The plug sink did not work. Some of the storage drawers do not close properly and spring out to trap the unwary. Ok, so nothing this far is really a deal breaker and we were glad to be able to do our own catering. However after we turned the oven on, it started to smell. We open the oven door and the kitchen is suddenly full of smoke. The oven had not been cleaned and a pool of oil and grease is just about to catch fire. Quickly we close and turn off the oven and forget about catering for ourselves that night. Turns out that an earlier occupant had cooked something in the oven on the rack with no pan to catch oil and fat, which had dripped to the bottom of the oven, waiting for the next person to use the oven. The oven had not been cleaned - which we did as soon as it had cooled down. We emailed the property using the address they provided but did not get the courtesy of a reply during our stay. Thinking about what had happened, we were thankful for the fire extinguisher at the front door.

The flat would have been great but the heating was broken and the thermostat could not be turned down so it pumped out air at 24.5 degrees and was like a sauna. We called twice and asked to send pictures and no one came to fix it. Complained again and simply no response. The flat is great but the service is shocking.

Location was great. The hotel is located in the inner city and most of the things to do are located within walking distance.

There was no air conditioning and no possibility to turn down the heater. It was 27deg in the apartment (in October). When we contacted the staff they told us to use fans available in the apartment but that was inefficient. Too warm to sleep and not environmentally friendly. We paid to have Netflix. Netflix wasn’t working. The staff wasn’t helpful and didn’t fix the problem. The children slept on the sofa which was a regular sofa, not a sofa bed. Fine for couple of days but not great. There was nowhere to store the luggages before check in or after check out. We had to use “luggage hero” where you pay to store your luggage in a store. Last but not least, impersonal service. We never saw the staff. All communication was done by email. They were not helpful in fixing the problems we had in the apartment.
