Penthouse with seaview & free parking

Nice-looking apartment at first glance, well equipped and with everything needed for a longer stay. The host provides useful basics such as salt, pepper, oil, cleaning supplies, etc. Washing machine and dryer are a big plus. Excellent location for getting around Copenhagen: metro nearby, good cycling infrastructure and generally very easy transportation

Some details don’t quite live up to the first impression: the toilet cistern had problems, the balcony grill was dirty, and the shower could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Some of the beds felt very cheap and uncomfortable, while the bedside tables and other furniture felt somewhat random and improvised. The living room also feels more put together than properly designed. The internet was rather slow, the TV is a very basic Samsung Tizen model, and the kitchen could use a larger frying pan. The neighbourhood is still very much a work in progress, with construction sites all around — it will probably be a very nice area in a few years, but currently the surroundings are not particularly attractive. The departure communication also felt unnecessarily focused on warnings about possible extra charges if we were late.

Good location, easy access to the central city Supermarket nearby; everything you need for daily life is available SUPER quick response from the very responsible owner!!

Pricy, but you will forget about it

The apartment has a convenient location with access to M4 line that is covenient for access to all the locations. The property is roomy with 4 bedrooms and plenty of lighting. The apartment is well maintained and the host is a good communicator. All the rooms had pedestal fans, which were really helpful in keeping good air circulation. The location is close to a university and the road in front of the apartment is not busy at all.

The apartment is air conditioned, but being on the top floor, it gets a bit hot in the summer. The kitchen hd all the essentials, but could be stocked better. We had a few other observations that were shared with the host, who acknwledged.

Excellent location and movement to city was so very easy.

Washing machine and drier required cleaning and could have been better.
