Penthouse with seaview & free parking

The apartment has a convenient location with access to M4 line that is covenient for access to all the locations. The property is roomy with 4 bedrooms and plenty of lighting. The apartment is well maintained and the host is a good communicator. All the rooms had pedestal fans, which were really helpful in keeping good air circulation. The location is close to a university and the road in front of the apartment is not busy at all.

The apartment is air conditioned, but being on the top floor, it gets a bit hot in the summer. The kitchen hd all the essentials, but could be stocked better. We had a few other observations that were shared with the host, who acknwledged.

Excellent location and movement to city was so very easy.

Washing machine and drier required cleaning and could have been better.

Host amazing, never seen the person but walked us through everything via what's app. Its an amazing apartment and I wish them best of luck in their business. You will not regret book it

We had to walk 2 minutes from the car park, and with a pregnant wife, it is an inconvenience, but the host can't do anything about it. The car park is in a different building but hardly 2 min
