Hersey çok güzeldi. Odadaki tüm imkanlar genişliği manzarası her şey mükemmeldi. Her şey itinayla düşünülmüştü. Çok memnun kaldık. Kopenhag a yolumuz düşerse her zaman burada kalmak isterim.

The reception desk was manned all the time, reception staff were very helpful and tried to sort out any issues. They were very informative to find places for example the local supermarket. The apartment was large, we made use of the kitchen, cleaning staff came in everyday to clean the bathroom and take out the kitchen rubbish. The views from the apartment were great, we were on the 17th floor so had a lovely view of the river. The beds were really comfortable. It was about a 15min walk to Tivoli gardens/ main train station and you are straight on to the river so lots of lovely walks. Lots of eateries that you can access from the outside of Tivoli gardens, there is a lovely food court that is on the main train station side that you can access without going into Tivoli gardens.

There was not any blackout blinds in the bedrooms so sleeping was difficult for my children I would suggest taking a mask or bringing a blackout blind.

The room itself was ok with adequate space.

The hotel section was only on the top floor with the rest of the accommodation a hostel. This made the reception area and the lifts always very busy. It did not present as a four-star hotel as we expected. Generally noisy and busy with lots of students moving around.
