Change the rude and laying staff

The location and the spacious apartment

The staff . I received an e mail after I left Denmark saying that I stayed until 12 pm which I was suppose to leave at 11 and this will cost me 40 euros extra and that I have not put the keys in the box after I left “ big lie “ and also I kept the apartment in poor condition “ another big lie “ and they want to charge me 115 euros extra for cleaning . We only stayed for 3 days in the apartment we never ate home always Resturant and coffee shops , we mostly used the apartment at night after seeing the city . We only used coffee macine and cups for coffee and tea and water and one dish for buying desert . Otherwise everything was perfect .

Comfy, convenient, clean, and spacious!

The beds were comfortable. The bedrooms were large. The location was excellent. We could walk everywhere.

We were there during graduation week, so it was pretty noisy, but that was as just the timing of our visit.

Spacious, Central and comfortable

The property is exceptionally spacious with very comfortable beds and has an internal room set up as a fourth bedroom. The kitchen has good equipment and is super central and walkable to all the sights.

The street is a bit noisy but that was called out in the description and the location and facilities make up for it.

Great visit to a beautiful city enhanced by comfortable and convenient apartment.

Very roomy with 4 beds (5 with sofa bed) and 1 1/2 baths our group of 5 women were very comfortable. Kitchen and supplies were well-furnished. Elevator and balcony were a bonus. Windows all opened for fresh air and nice breezes. Owner accomodated our early -check-in request. Location by round tower was perfect with cafes and shopping right outside door.

Wifi was out while we were there. A bit of street noise in 2 bedrooms but other 2 were dead silent.

The location and the apartment were great ! very comfortable!

The main problem is the noice !!!!! Although (or because of that) the flat is well located (very central, close to everything), there is a night club just beside the apartment! It makes impossible to rest peacefully!!!

Great holiday in great location in centre of Copenhagen

Comfortable, clean with lots of space. Though advertised as 3 bedroom there are 4 double beds which was better for our group. Shower room with toilet plus a 2nd separate toilet is good.

Lovely apartment but was a shock to find there was a Rock Bar just underneath the apartment - loud music until 2am and then lots of noise at the back when clearing the bar.

opening the windows and looking out onto the street, perfect location, super clean, comfortable beds.

most dishes in the cupboard were not clean including one glass with a lipstick stain but we ran them through the dishwasher and we were good to go.

Great location and huge rooms made up for some shortcomings.

Great location in the thick of the action, and huge rooms with plenty of living space and a balcony as well.

Coffee machine pods were not available from supermarkets - had to order them in. There were no dishwasher pods and had obviously not been for a while as dishes and cutlery were not properly cleaned, although Sanders did provide some after asking. Noise from the street in the early hours of the morning was a bit annoying too.

A beautiful flat in a fabulous location. Well equipped, very clean, spacious, airey, comfy beds, lovely clean linen. Two minutes from Round Tower, easy walk to the Metro for airport, plenty of restaurants to go at. Even music from The Guards every morning!

Nice and spacious apartment in a great location. All necessary items are in the flat, such as dishwasher tabs, washing powder, iron, … we will repeat our stay another time!

At the moment (June 2022) there is a building site right across the two main bedrooms and the builders start at 6am. We assume it will still need a few more months to finish that big project. If you close the windows or use the two bedrooms in the back you are okay.

LARGE apartment, centrally located for maximum enjoyment of all Copenhagen has to offer!

Excellently located apartment in central Copenhagen within walking distance to almost all Copenhagen has to offer. The apartment is incredibly large and well appointed. The beds and linens were comfortable to use for both adult and child alike. When there was a minor maintenance issue, the management company reacted quickly and corrected the issue.

Not a significant issue but be aware that the front two bedrooms of this apartment are on one of Copenhagen's main shopping streets and two floors above a bar. During the weekend it can be a bit noisy in these rooms. I would still book the apartment again, but it something to be aware of.

Enormt lydnivå fra nattklubb og gateplan til 03.00 i tillegg til mye lyd fra renovering i bygget som startet 07.30 om morgenen selv på lørdag. Burde vert flere stoler på kjøkkenet. Søppelbøtte på toalettet, flere opphengsmulighetet i gangen.

Muito simpatica para quem quer estar no centro, numa casa ampla

Um 2º andar com elevador, bastante amplo com quartos generosos, uma casa de banho espaçosa e equipada. Central, numa dos principais avenidas pedoniais. A cama é bastante confortável e macia. Radiadores garantem temperatura muito confortável em casa - viemos em pleno inverno

- o check in tardio - ás 16 horas (permitiram nos entrar com as malas meia hora antes, foi positivo mas tive que ser insistente porque estávamos com muitas malas e acompanhadoscom um pessoa com mobilidade reduzida cansada da viagem). Não faz sentido para o cliente um check in no final do dia! - limpeza da base de duche- muitos fungos pretos nos cantos - exaustor estava com muito pó, que quando mexemos cai na comida - pedi 3 vezes a factura e ate agora nao a recebi - paredes mal estucadas, não compatível com o titulo "luxury"

Perfektes Appartment für Kopenhagenbesucher

Die Lage des Appartments in der Innenstadt ist perfekt für den touristischen Besuch Kopenhagens. Zwei Metrostationen sind fußläufig erreichbar, viele Restaurants Bars und ein Lebensmittelgeschäft sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Mieträder können vor dem Haus entliehen werden. Das Appartment selbst ist sehr geräumig für 4-6 Personen, zwei Schlafzimmer sind groß, zwei etwas kleiner, davon hat das eine Schlafzimmer nur nach innen gerichtete Fenster. Ein großer Esstisch lädt zum gemeinsamen Essen ein, eine große Couch zum gemütlichen Sitzen. Wir haben das Appartment als sehr ruhig und hyggelig erlebt. Der Fahrstuhl ermöglicht einen barrierearmen Zugang. Der Club im Erdgeschoss des Hauses hat offenbar nur am Wochenende geöffnet, sodass er unter der Woche keinen Lärm verursacht.

Unsere negativen Erfahrungen decken sich mit den negativen Bewertungen anderer Gäste. Bis auf Entschuldigungen hat die Agentur allerdings offenbar nichts an den negativen Eindrücken geändert. So wiederholen wir, dass die Küche sehr spartanisch ausgestattet ist, schön wären eine Filterkaffeemaschine oder eine Frenchpress-Kanne, sodass man keine teuren Kaffeekapseln über den Vermieter bestellen muss, denn im Laden gibt es diese Kapseln nicht. Alternativ kann man guten dänischen Instantkaffee in Läden kaufen. Die Geschirrspülmaschine reinigt das Geschirr nur unzureichend, sodass wir das Geschirr vor der ersten Nutzung per Hand reinigen mussten.
