About 5 minutes walk from the metro station and walkable to many sights. Convenient to explore the Christianhavn area. The staff detected a leak from the tap during housekeeping and arranged for me to change rooms. Was offered a bigger room and had breakfast. Would have liked the room to have more amenities like lotions, a kettle for hot beverages during the cold winter, tissue paper and a fridge to store purchases.

The staff were very kind and welcoming. The room was small but clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location is also convenient—just a short walk from the train station.
There was an issue with the door lock in the original room, but the staff responded immediately and offered a room change. It was clear that they put the guest’s experience first, and that made me feel well cared for.
However, the hotel name has been changed to Motel One, which made it difficult to find at first. It would be helpful if the new name were updated on Google Maps and all hotel booking platforms.
Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Location great, that’s it. Cleaning is early after which no option to get room serviced. No facilities for food and some confusion over the actual name of the motel on arrival.
