Room was clean and comfortable. Laura gave excellent service at the bar and was very friendly. Only issue was that the reception had too few staff and was a bit slow.

I stayed at this hotel unexpectedly after our flight was canceled, and we needed something close to the airport for convenience before continuing to our final destination. We paid about $200 on the spot, which felt expensive for the overall experience we received.
The location is practical if you need quick airport access, but unfortunately the stay itself did not meet expectations. Our room on the 8th floor was quite small, and the bed was uncomfortable—it made noise every time I changed position, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
Breakfast was very basic, with limited options. The food quality was decent but nothing memorable. The hotel also advertises a spa, but even as a hotel guest we were required to pay an additional 150 DKK to use the pool and sauna, which felt unreasonable considering the room price.
Another frustrating detail was the system at check-in where they charge 1 DKK as a pre-authorization in case you charge items to the room. However, at checkout the process was slow and disorganized. Guests were left choosing between waiting in a long, slow-moving line to receive a receipt or simply dropping the key in a box and leaving without proper documentation. If the system is unreliable, it would make more sense to have guests pay immediately for any extras.
To make matters worse, the front desk service was not welcoming—the staff member we interacted with came across as rude and unhelpful.
Overall, while the location near the airport is convenient, the hotel does not offer good value for the price. Due to the uncomfortable room, extra charges, and poor service experience, I would not recommend staying here and would not return.
