    The hotel first issue is location. Not super easy to reach the center. The the main problem was with our room. We were promised a movie room, which we mainly chose for its size, but then were told that the reservation was for a regular basic room. They offered us a drink to make up for the difference, which of course wouldn’t have done anything, and then we at least asked for one day breakfast. Breakfast is not that great too to be honest, but overall I still don’t think our trade-off was worth it. The hotel is also mainly for people who are working remotely and want a quiet place to stay. It’s not really ideal for families as you have to do basically everything yourself. They offer cleaning only once a week unless you ask. I’m not saying it’s not a good hotel, just not the best choice for families with young children.

    체크인/체크아웃은 5층에서 합니다. 처음 오신 분들 참고하세요. 방은 너무 예쁘고 아늑해요. 청소는 매일 해주지는 않지만 수건이랑 휴지 등등 자유롭게 갯수 제한없이 가져갈 수 있어서 좋았어요. 직원들도 친절하고 다음에 또 오고싶음!

    Navigation of the hotel is poor - 1) cannot locate the entrance easily, 2) check-in counter is not visible Room facility - 1) shower room door is partly broken, in which the entire toilet will be flooded everytime you shower. 2) No coffee cup that fits in their nespresso machine even though they advertise on the variety of capsule options in the room 3) the electric socket above the bed is not working
