    We totally appreciated the location of the hotel due to its proximity to the Metro station and the train station (right opposite across the street with a supermarket next door). We took the metro to the hotel after disembarkation from our cruise terminal and the train to the airport directly after spending couple days in beautiful Copenhagen. The hotel staff was pleasant and friendly. They have lockers to store your luggage for a small fee. Since it is by the train railway, we could hear the trains going by. They provide earplugs if you need them. We did not need to use them. Overall, we were glad we stayed at Hotel Osterport.

    Location is highly accessible to public transport and very near attractions. Downside is that there is a lack of elevators and there are so many rooms that it becomes a very long walk going in and out of the hotel.

    Don’t think it’s worth the money at all actually, you can’t check in before 15 or leave a big suitcase either so you will have to take it with you or hope no one gonna steal it. Unfortunately I won’t come back

    Railway room is too noisy , even with earplugs. No mention on website that the room is right beside the tracks . No security , anyone can enter into the hallways . Staff were accommodating, answered emails promptly. Nothing was explained at check in , so we didn't know that cleaning only occured if you put out the sign to request ( before 11am) No phone or way to contact reception in room . You have to walk to reception if you had any questions . Location was great , within Ealing distance of attractions. Next to metro and train station for easy transit. We requested quiet room , but request are not permitted , you must book the correct room . Price was most reasonable at the time of booking.
