    I stayed at this hotel with my parents. The location was great. We landed at the airport and took the metro and it was a few mins walk over. It was super easy and convenient as we had 3 luggages. The only downfall was when we brushed our teeth the water from the drain below rose and flooded the floor, when asked to get it fixed or switch rooms the staff never came back and it was fixed the next day instead. The staff said she would come back so we sat there waiting for hours... other than that the location and hotel was great. Would recommend

    First time to Denmark. This hotel is very near to city center, 3 stops away from Copenhagen Central station and convenient to travel around the city with access to multiple metro lines. Toilet in the Standard Twin room is small. There is no standing area for shower, rather, a mini bath tub that is high for Asians to climb into for showering.

    The hotel is in a great location for local facilities and access to the metro to get where you need to be. The hotel is a huge center with bar, restaurant and function suite - with basslines playing late into the night. Despite its price, its pretty basic, with not even a kettle in the room (although hot water available in the reception), but the big problem was hairs (!), we noticed lots of hairs on the carpet and chairs and so asked for this to be hoovered, which it was, but then we also noticed hairs on the pillow and sheets - we asked for those to be changed - they were, with new bedding complete with more hairs......having picked off as many hairs as we could find, we then declined to have the bedding changed for the rest of our stay. Reception staff were very apologetic, but it just shouldn't be that way.
