Compromises a bit too much for s good night’s sleep.

The view was nice. It was close to the train station. It was generally clean and it was cheap.

It wasn’t clean enough. The bed and pillow was uncomfortable.

Nearby the city. Good and very nice routes to the cities by bike.

Ok stay if you only need a place to sleep

The location : is near the train station Facilities : shared kitchen, refrigerators, pool table, chests sets, en play space for children/teenagers Breakfast was ok, enough options for budget hostels.

No airco, and it can be really hot in the summer and if you open the windows, you can hear all the noises from outside Parking: You need too booked sooner!! Other wise you will be looking for Parking space outside for hours if you get lucky! Online check in : still didn't work so well, the really need to fix it This is an Hostels and not a hotel

Comfortable and simple

A simple, clean and comfortable hotel, ideal for a stopover before heading to the airport early the next morning. The facilities are more directed towards hostel guests, but room is comfortable and had the amenities needed. Price was also good. Provided baby cot free of cost.

We had to put sheets and duvee covers on one of the beds ourselves, which seems like something the hotel should do as a minimum, especially since it was the bunk bed which was not easy to do.

Dirty as hell

Location

Room, elevator, public spaces and hallways are really dirty. We book the family room for two nights, but the room was so dirty so we left and move to scandic hotel after one night... Never again.

The place was dirty and very far from the city center. You have to make your own bed, which is not ideal after a long trip. There is no air conditioning, and if you open the windows, it's very noisy.

Unclean and Uncomfortable

It was good enough to sleep in for the night. The women at the reception desk were sweet when we asked for help with the cleaning and for when we needed help with the key card. Walking distance to the train station.

Booked a room for two and the photos showed a room with two single beds and plenty of floor space. When we arrived it was a cramped room with two single beds and a massive bunk bed. Even though the room should have been for two, it could have fit 4 and it was super cramped. We split the single beds apart and there was a massive splotch on the floor between the beds and so much dust. The toilet seat was also not cleaned well and had some yellow stains which we had to clean ourselves with own sanitizer. We asked them to clean the floor and the bathroom and left for the day. They cleaned the floor but not the bathroom and honestly could've emptied the trashcans on the way out but nope, just cleaned the floor. The room was also ground level right next to the parking lot so we could not have our curtains open at all since we would be face level with other people in the parking lot. Keeping the window ajar for some air meant a lot of noise so we had to keep it closed. It was way too expensive for the experience and the location. I would not stay here again.

Not that bad but couldn’t recommend

The hotel is located near to train station from where you are able to get to the city center. Staff at the reception is helpful and nice. There is a bar and the kitchen for the guest.

Pillows in the room were uncomfortable and the pillow case doesn’t even match the size of it. The duvet had stains. The room was stuffy due to the lack of ventilation. The small amount of mold could be seen somewhere on the walls and in the shower. For breakfast there is no much options to choose from, for example ham doesn’t seems to be fresh. The coffee was great, bread with cheese was the only option for me to eat something for breakfast. It is not bad if you are looking for something cheaper but I can’t recommend. I know better options for this amount of money in Copenhagen.

Staff were friendly

Loud group on our floor, slamming doors, running around on shared balcony outside our window. Until 5am. Didn't feel safe. Baby cot provided had big hole in that our baby could crawl out of. Lots of sharp metal corners in room not safe for baby. Broken electrical sockets with flickering lights. We booked for 4 nights but checked out the next morning and claimed a refund.

THE STAFF ROBBED ME. THEY ARE GOING TO PAY FOR IT!

He put me up in a place for which I paid, and the staff (they never even said a single word) threw my personal things at me. It had 4 thousand crowns inside that book. A complete disaster of a hostel and staff. It has no places to sit even minimally comfortably. there are many rude guests...

They have literally stolen things of utmost importance from me. besides money. I will sue them judicially

open 24 hours, always some one at the front desk to talk to, everyone spoke english that i talked to

there was a guest who caused an incident. Deliberately smashed a cup on the ground. No other incident after that, the guy who caused that left - i don't know how situations like that are handled but my impression was management was slow to react

Nice and easy stay close to public transport

Close to local transport which is a couple of stops into Copenhagen Central. Shops close by, food/coffee shops near by. Check out Wild Horse which is across the road if you like cute coffee shops! Nice and friendly staff! Comfy beds!

everything, metal furniture, very low tumba, no table, no chance to move courtines, no connection to tv from apple, room remind some prison, no emotions in rooms, need woman hand, brekfast terrible, no comment. No bacon, only cheese and ham, discusting pancakes from atm pankace maker, cold eggs, parking extra costs, no EUR! But cheapest place and without prepayment. So probably good for someone who travel like me!

I love the location just 3 minutes walk to metro station ang not so busy. So comfortable space and the money was worth it. I would recommend this place.

Good location, near to trainstation and great staff.

The staff was very friendly and spoke perfect English. They were always ready to assist. The Hotel is located near the trainstation Sydhaven St, it takes you only 2 stations to Copenhagen Main Station and one station to the Mall of Copenhagen. Also we loved to explore the modern waterfront of Sydhaven, it’s really a great place and I think in the summer you could grab your bathing suit and go swimming 5 mins walk from the hotel! I really liked the common area of the Hostel, really inviting and cozy to spend time. There was a hair dryer, body wash and hand wash in the room, also some hangers to hang your coat, a little table with two seats and a little shelf.

Our Room had a problem with the window: The handle was missing and they used only a tape to close it. I felt like the room got little colder because of that.All in all it was warm enough, but there was no possibility to open the window for fresh air because of that and also there was some mold around the window.. The kitchen is tiny and the microwave didn’t work, also only 2 stove tops were working. Also there was only one night stand (I think somebody took the second one..?) And the rooms are not sound proof, you’ll hear your neighbors, but all our neighbors went to sleep at around 10 so we were lucky.

Worthy stay indeed.

Room was clean and warm, everything worked well. Receptionist that checked us in was very nice and helpful.

The shared kitchen was a bit messy, but probably it is hard to maintain clean and tidy when many people use it carelessly.

did not like the fact that there was no alcohol served at the bar (the staff did not seem to know why this was the case..) if I were the management I would allow alcohol to be served again and propose a bicycle rental ? There is a station not too far away on foot but it would be good to have other options since taxis are very expensive in Copenhagen.

Great staff, good location, clean and big room and reasonable prices

Very friendly staff at the reception. We wanted to ask if we can leave our luggage before we can check in. We arrived a couple hours earlier than check in time. The staff at the reception offered to search and provide us with an empty room. In the end we got to check in earlier. The room we received was even bigger than the one we booked. Room is clean. The hotel is very central and easy to reach. Prices are very reasonable. Staff is great. 10/10

Good but nothing special

The price was ok considering the otherwise expensive accommodation in Copenhagen. Breakfast offered a good variety of food. I would stay there again if visiting Copenhagen in the future.

Our room was facing a very loud street. The room itself was ok even though a bit dusty. It wasn’t properly cleaned after the last guests, we found their metro tickets on the bed headboard.
