    The room is claustrophobic and the way to the room from the elevator is like a maze, doors after doors to go through. Check in is at 3 but they don't even offer storage for guests who arrive early, you have to buy it. Everything is self service from check-in to check-out. We don’t pay hotels to make us input all details and mint our own room cards. Terrible experience overall.

    I had a very disappointing experience at Cabinn Copenhagen. The room was extremely hot and uncomfortable during the warm weather. To make matters worse, the staff was not helpful at all and failed to even provide a fan on my first night, leaving me struggling to sleep. The service and lack of basic comfort really ruined the stay.

    Location is fine. Beds are uncomfortable with a very thin mattress topper that slides off the box spring. The rooms are super hot with no air conditioning despite the fact that I always put that in my filters. The public areas are air conditioned but not the rooms. A fan was the best they could offer. We were there for 3 nights and did not sleep because of the stifling hot air. Yes you can open the window a small amount but then you get the noise and lights from outside as well as the door bangs continuously as the air pressure changes. I feel like it’s false advertising saying you have air conditioning when you don’t. Also do not pay for the breakfast. It’s tasteless and exactly the same every day.
