    Day rental of bikes available, and has bikes in different sizes. However, Annex is next to hotel reception, separated by a short flight of stairs. Luggage storage is also separated by two flights of stairs. This makes is especially difficult with a big luggage. The room also has a weird smell, and lower floors facing inner garden gets the smell of smoke and noise from people chatting in the garden, which echoes off the walls. The staff kindly let me change my room but only the next night as the hotel was fully booked on the first night, so I had one sleepless night and was not at all recovered from jetlag on the first night there.

    The hotel itself is fine. Rooms and toilets are clean enough. Great location. But everyone should be on guard about this Agoda listing to avoid disappointments. I booked a single room with private bathroom but I was given the one with a shared bathroom upon check-in. This is despite the fact that my booking and receipt clearly stated “Single Room with Private Bathroom.” The room I booked is more expensive than the “Single Room”. I raised the issue with reception who then blamed Agoda. Agoda intervened but the “travel supplier” was unresponsive even on the day of checkout. In the end, Agoda offered 15% refund as compensation for the inconvenience despite being a Diamond member. This is disappointing. Agoda should change or just remove this listing to avoid misleading people.

    The location is fantastic. The rooms are fine-- pretty barebones, but they're fine for the price. (Note: No AC, but there was a fan.) A point of concern: Regardless of the entrance, you're going to have to navigate a few steps to get into the building. And depending on the room, you might need to navigate ~8 more steps to get to your room. It's fine if you don't have much, but when you're carrying 23kg suitcases...

    Just don’t go in the summer when it’s hot, because you will MELT in the room, it really warms up. There was a little fan to help me out though
