Great location close to the main train station. Plenty of food around the area and it is within walking distance to Tivoli Gardens and Strøget in the heart of Copenhagen. I love that they have a full kitchenette, a lounge area for family and games for all to chill and hang out.
The toilet does not flush so well in our dorm. The water from the shower area does not drain off properly causing the water to flow into other parts of the bathroom.

The location is good, the price is affordable , staff are multilingual
They dont clean the room ,you have to pay for cleaning,some of the rooms are very small and attics

Works well for short stay
Sound isolation is very poor, you can hear every step in the hallway which woke us up the entire night

Location was excellent. Very convenient for train station and city with good amenities eg supermarket, restaurant bus/train connection. Room was clean and beds very comfy. Bar area and games in the evening were very nice. The singer/guitarist on Sunday 23 August was excellent. Fantastic singer and created the perfect amount of atmosphere.
Breakfast was chaotic. Few seats available, food often ran out and gad to wait for it to be replaced, lack of skates, bowls, cutlery. Huge queue for coffee. Very loud. Selection of good was basic. Mostly bread, cheese, meat and cereal/yogurt.
