The room was overall clean. The breakfast was very good and the staff were always there ready to help. It is a very good value for money hotel.
The family room was very small. We didn't have space for our luggage. The bathroom should be updated. There is a curtain that falls on you when you bathe and doesn't hold the water from falling outside. So in the end the bathroom is always full of water and dirty. The rest of the hotel could have been cleaner also.

The hotel was 3 mins from central train station , very close to the city centre.
The staff could not do enough anything you asked they could either answer or would check for you.
Breakfast had a large selection and was buffet. Tea, coffee, and hot chocolate were available 24 hours in reception, no charge.
The rooms were clean and warm beds comfortable.

Best part about the hotel was the location and a great variety of restaurants within walking distance. Very central and close to the main station.
The lack of amenities; the room didn’t have a tv remote and took over a day to sort out. We also weren’t informed that if we wanted fresh towels, we had to let reception know the morning of. Quite annoying as we only found out when we heard another customer complain about the same thing.
