This is a reputable hotel and we chose this hotel as we had a great experience with this hotel in Zimbabwe last June.
During the booking for 7 nights, we had already requested for a room away from the lift as there will be people talking outside the lift. But we were given room 806 and we have to go down again to change the room which is two rooms away. Poor housekeeping and never replenish the cotton bud and shower cap. They also forgot to wash the used cups. We also had to request for change of bathrobes after wearing for 2 nights even though we had left it on the bathroom floor. Need to keep calling/gg to reception counter spoke to Ivana twice and she help to inform housekeeping. Nice hotel but lousy service! Disappointed!
